Got my order on Friday. A little disappointed with my juice. Not a one of them has any flavor at all not even the chocolate almond. I can smell some of them but when I put them in my vivi nova nothing. I even put a brand new head so no other flavors would come through.I got serious cider, caramel apple, caramel coffee, chocolate almond, and caramel cap. I have more coming too. I knew going in that I would have to steep but from other vendors I could taste something...Is this normal? How long before flavor come through? Any suggests?
Oh, I have 70pg/30vg to get extra flavor. Vivi nova on a ego-c twist

There are others that will come in and give you much better advice than I can, but I didn't want to leave you hanging!

Typically, you should do a 48-hour cap-off steep, recapping and shaking at least once a day. After that, your best bet would then to let steep for another week at least (but I always cheat and try a bit here and there). You can also email Wlad, info (at) ahlusion.us, and he can give you information that would probably be more precise to your actual juices.

I agree with AX - and I am sure others will chime in :)
+++ I KNOW how hard it is to wait to try juice from a vendor that is NEW to you - when you are so excited to try their juice! BUT A+ does need to steep! Truly it does - it is worth it & I know it is difficult to let them sit and sit - but it is SO worth it!

My key to this little dilemma was to order- let that steep and when I realized how amazing the flavor of these juices were - I just kept placing little orders - so while I was waiting for the new ones to steep - the older orders were ready to vape. I have so many little 10mls of A+ sitting here now - I dont fear the dreaded steep anymore as I am in good supply.

pps- I have a real problem tasting any juice in the vivi's - thought I was the only one - then there was a slight side bar on this thread about the vivi's and other (way more experienced with them than I am) - might chime in! Mine is just sitting there empty as I gave up and cant make excellent cotton wicking tips (wink wink newkid)

I'm waiting on my first Ahlusion order, so I can only comment in general terms based on my experiences with a lot of juice vendors.

I agree with the steeping advice you've been given, but I'd also say, no matter how much hype a particular vendor gets, no matter how many people like their juice, no matter how popular they are, not everyone is going to like them. I've tried wildly popular juices that I found to be just awful (to ME). Tastes are so subjective.

Now I'm not saying this is the case with you, you should certainly let your A+ juices have a good steep and try them again, I'm just sayin`....

I seem to have a problem with certain juices and the nova's also. Such as shadowfax from HHV, put in a nova its a very bland taste but put in a carto tank and its a great flavor. Other juices I can't tell much difference such as HHV huntsman, the taste is very similar in carto or nova.

Maybe its just me but I think certain juices work a lot better when used with a certain device.

Thats basically the same thing I do with the 30ml bottles. Buy 2-3 and let them steep while im enjoying the older ones. Speaking of which, new order placed! :D

The Monkey does speak the truth! I have a bottle of a very popular juice from a very popular vendor (not Ahlusion) I thought I would be Bogarting, but now I'm all "Humph... just can't do it".

Yep, and there's no point in getting irritated with the vendor that makes the juice or the customers that hype the juice when it's YOUR taste buds that don't like it.

I've been waiting for this feedback/discount email that was mentioned around here but I haven't seen anything yet. It's only been 12 days since my first order shipped though. I'm am just tearing through this Vecchio and Apple House Blend and I need to get more A+ in before I'm completely dry! Can't delay any longer... Gotta place another order NOW! Off I go, before they close up shop!

Just contact Wlad through email. The email/feedback with the 15% off coupon will come in a few days. He gives you time to get the juice, let it steep, and then assess it. Once again, if you are ready now, just email him.

p.s. FYI, the 15% is not contingent upon whether you give feedback or not.

I personally do not recommend chocolates or carmel flavors in a ViVi Nova, it does not give a warm enough vape to give you the right flavor profile. Switch to a top coil carto/clearomizer after steeping and you will get much better taste from those juices. Do not forget to shake them well before using them. My personal recommendation is to shake enough to get small bubbles forming in the bottle, you cannot over shake a juice, but you most definitely can under shake one.

again these are my personal opinions, others may not agree, just how I do it.

honestly, i find vivi novas to be my one of my worst vaping experiences. They mute the flavor so much and once half the tank is done they really go downhill fast.

Do yourself a favor...try the juices in an atomizer, which is what Ahlusion also recommends to best experience their product. I've been vaping in a phoenix rebuildable (atomizer tank, so much less dripping than with standard atty's) with a stainless steel mesh wick and it's been pretty great.

If you don't want to jump into RBA, madvapes.com has some good ones for like $4. Makes all the difference. Regardless, like others have said, steeping is a good idea for at least 2 days and give them a good shake once or twice per day.

The store is open. So, I try to add Boba's to my cart and the HORROR they are out of stock. Please, hurray Boba I need you.

I totally agree about the Vivi's. At first, I thought, wow these are so easy to fill they are gonna be great. But, the flavor is so mute it's ridiculous. Just my opinion. For cheap and easy I LOVE the Bauway CE4's. At around $2.30 a piece you can't go wrong. You can wiggle the tube off of them, clean and reuse. They last so much longer the the Vision's. I personally can't stand the Vision V3 replaceables. The draw is way to hard and so many dry its. If I was gonna buy the Visions I would buy the V2 non-replaceables, they perform way better. Again, just my opinions.
