Oh, the XXXXXXXX is
there!

Don't get it twisted!
BUT, it's
not XXXXXXXX, of course. I've come to realize what
I think is going on with this juice. Lemme pull up your Chase Journal real quick....
Nail on the head right there. A sort-of *candied* toasted almond. That is what I get from this juice. But there's another component that,
to me, gives off a sort-of powdery/dusted sensation. A sensation that I believe a lot of SC fans perceive as "smoky". I think I may even recall you mentioning a "sincere smoky quality" in a previous journal entry as well. So that
dustiness, combined with a slight sweetness, plus a tad of peppery-ness (from the nic?) was where the XXXXXXX came into play. But I will be clear: this is/was
never a cinnamaldehyde slash atomic red hots sensation to me. It was more of a
powdered XXXXXXX sensation. But, as the juice steeped, and I got to know it better, I realized my mistakes, and repented for my cinns.

I've really begun to love this juice. This week, my sixth since quitting, has brought with it a few nice revelations in regards to long-term steeping.
