I've seen a number of replies to my post, so I'm going to address them all in one post even though I chose this reply to quote.
When I made the post they were possibly open Mr. Mann, but I wasn't ordering juice at that point in time. I already placed my order a few days ago for about 100ml of juice with 2 different vendors, when at the time I tried to order from Ahlusion and could not (and as I mentioned I had tried a few times a few weeks prior to that as well), so I tried Gje instead. That juice, along with what I have, will last for weeks if not a month or more. I'm no longer currently needing to purchase juice. I'm budgeting my vaping expenses in an attempt to get them below what I would have spent on tobacco the last few months, and I still have a ways to go before I get in the black. I have no desire to have 500ml of juice from 20 different vendors sitting around my house, so I'll be ordering juice once or twice a month and more than likely one new vendor will get a shot at my business when I do that ordering. If they aren't open at the time, I have a long list of vendors I'd like to try so I won't consider it a big loss to me.
I suppose it is personal preference, to some extent, what we would consider good customer service. A vendor is backed up on orders and can't keep up, for whatever reason, so we have to choose either ordering whenever their short "opened" window is, or let them accept our order, charge our card and then ship it whenever they can get it out. For my convienence, I would prefer they take my order and put me in line. As I mentioned, I would just like to be made aware of that fact before or immediately after I place my order (preferably before). A simple disclaimer at the top of their website that orders are taking 5 days, 10 days, whatever, to be processed is more than sufficient and would allow me to make my decision if I want to wait or not.
I'm a fairly busy person, at least busy enough that I don't have time to sit around on my computer and wait for a store to open. Heck, this is the first time I've checked backed to ECF and this thread since I posted some 15 pages ago..
And yes Cinna, I'm totally serious. If I have to choose between sitting in front of my computer and waiting around to place an order (or more likely having to make sure I'm on early in the AM and hoping they opened that day) and being able to place my order whenever I want, and being able to go about my life doing whatever I want, whenever I want and just waiting a few more days for some ejuice, I'll definately take the latter every time. It provides more convienence to me, and thus I consider it better customer service.
