The only code really is to buy $20 worth of juice and get a free 10 mL bottle. If you think about it, that's virtually 30% off. Also, the more you buy, after awhile, your prices will automatically drop.

That's true, a free sample bottle is pretty cool. I got Blue Grass Burley and Devil Dog! and a sample of Ginger Apple Tea. I hope the emphasis is on the (!) in Devil Dog! because I've been needing something to kick .... and take names. WOOF WOOF!!

What mg and ratio did you get of DD?

I felt like living dangerously today, and it's been a rough week. 24 mg at 50/50 for both. Every now and then I need that nicotine kick in the teeth. And I am ignoring my PG sensitivity because I really wanted to try both of these tobaccos. Maybe in moderation it won't bother me too bad. I think I lowered my mg's too quickly...been jonesing a lot. But, I'm not too afraid. I like to vape hard.

DD @ 24 mg should be a wee bit of a bite. LOL

Tasting note: Caramel Pear Black Tea and Orange Nocturne
Steep time: 2.5 Days, Cap off

Caramel Pear Black Tea;
I won't lie, I dripped this on receipt and I've been skeptical of this whole Steeping thing. But I'm new, so forgive me. My first impression is that there was no pear or caramel in this, all I got was the bitter, tannic astringency of dark, unsweetened tea. After 2 and a half days of steeping, I did what I do with my flavors. I mixed my 24mg, extra flavor 50/50 down to 20mg with a dosed shot of PG. Forgive me, I'm a cheap ....... and I prefer subtlety and a little cheap extra mass. I'm tight, but I'm honest, and the chemist in me can't resist the urge to have a hand in the creation. I always request extra flavor because I like the luxury of trying it first like that, and then diluting it to taste where appropriate.

I have a long history of tasting. I categorize producers of wine by their signatures. Some are masculine, some are feminine, some are powerful, some are subtle and some are complex, to name just a few generalized attributes. My first vape experience was Volt. Simple but well made. My 2nd was DeKang. Bland and/or monolithic and often either oily or too citric. My 3rd, fortunately, was AIV. Refined Subtlety. And now I've tripped the Ahlusion fantastic. My generalizations for them are bold originality and extreme complexity.

This juice has definitely improved from the time it spent steeping, I will be skeptical no more. A pale golden color in the tank. Saliva sucking tannins on the attack predispose the palate for some sweetness, which is soon lightly satisfied by the ever so subtle juiciness of the pure, light pear undertone, which is then complimented by a heavier and more enveloping taste of the caramel. Not candied, but delicate. Not a cacophony, but a symphony with timing. Definitely not your child's candy plate, these are adult flavors for a developed palate. Your sweet tooth will be left wanting, but the cerebral harmony of these flavors are more than about something to taste. These are something to think about. You won't find this recipe or anything like it on Ejuice me up. It takes bold imagination to put something like this together and trust it to the masses. Frankly, I'm a little surprised at the popularity of this juice as it is unlike anything I've tried in my short time with nic juices. I think this will benefit from additional time in the bottle, but I had to fill a 3ml drip bottle for the here and now. As much as I liked it, I couldn't pry it from the fingers of my better half, who has a much better palate than my own. She loved it best of the two juices we tried tonight.

Orange Nocturne - As I thought, this is SO in my wheelhouse. Slightly more amber hued than the previous juice. Outrageously dusty Cacao tannins only slighty less astringent than the Black Tea. Beautifully complimented by the oh so slightly sweet carmelized (and herb spiced) orange. Also mixed down to 20mg with PG after initially trying, this also benefits from the slightly more subtle approach. The nasal exhale picks up on an herbal spiciness that adds significant complexity to this juice. Another adult flavor that conjures memories of holiday treats and begs a glass of champagne for accompaniment. Who am I to argue? Is the orange complimenting the chocolate, or is it the other way around? I have time to decide, but there is definitely a synergy to this. Another bold and daring combination and flavor profile. This is a juice for someone who thinks they are ready to move beyond a tobacco flavor to help them off the cigs, but doesn't want to cross to sticky dessert vapes or sweet fruity vapes. This is my favorite of the two.

I'll save my 1st day impressions of the Blueberry Colada and Tiramisu, as the two reviewed juices evolved significantly in the short time they spent steeping, and I have yet to re-sample these last two flavors after steeping.

What a great review Moueix! I'd love to see M(oueix) and M(ann) together for an Ahlusion tasting evening. What a show that would be!

Thanks Hula. Somebody help me! I can't put these down, and I'm vaping myself into a coma. What a delightful and extraordinary pair of juices. There is a commonality to these that strikes me that I didn't see when I ordered them, but they are wonderful to taste side by side.
