Almost 48 hrs.

I just tried Rick's Choice and it either needs more time, or it's just not for me. It isn't bad, just a little confusing is all. The funny thing is, I want to understand it, so it is not going on the trading block for at least another couple weeks, and even then it may not.

I'm thinking more time. I got mine around the same time you got yours, and I've decided to let these juices steep a minimum of 2 weeks. I vaped a little of the serious cider today and it is definitely getting tastier, warm and tart. I don't think it tastes like cider yet, but it very well could with more time. I have so many other juices, I can bide my time.....

Afternoon all. I just received my sale day order in the mail. Opened it up and went to sniffing. I am going to utilize all of my willpower to let them steep but off the bat some of these smell so good so it's going to be a challenge! The Kiwi Sea smells incredible especially...oh dear me oh my, and the raspberry sunset too. So if Alley wrote "steeping optional" on one of the flavors does that mean I can dig in now? *evil grin* She wrote that next to the blue grass burley. Anyone with experience with that flavor?

Anyhoo this was a BIG order for me (got my mom some too). The temptation is going to keel me.

Adding to that list of mg/pg/vg I vape 12mg 70pg/30vg.

I self-declared all of mine steeping optional :vapor:. Luckily they were all good right out of the gate and have just gotten better. I was worried about the organic ethyl alcohol content. Another vendor I tried who had that in their flavorings literally made my mouth/throat burn. Didn't ever buy from them again.

I sure will. It was a flavor that I have been wanting to try but it just never made it into my cart previously. I think I'm going to be glad I did, but we will see! I got it with breeze, as I always liked the breeze in other Ahlusion flavors. The mango colada is also smelling mighty good...It's a good thing that I have to get some other juices used up to allow these good steeping time. Still going to be hard though. hehe

Adding that to my re-order of 30mls Pink Label, SVC, and Strawberry Shortcake and requesting a sample of BVC. I have a lot of juice to get my little paws on.

Which would you recommend if you had to pick just one...Strawberry Shortcake or Strawberry Vanilla Cake? I know that is a Sophies Choice for you but if you had to pick?

Blue Grass Burley and Devil Dog are good out of the box. If you dislike them, the only thing time may do really is allow for some acclamation.

Thanks! I'm going to give this one a try tonight perhaps :) I was a bit scared to try DD due to other posts saying how strong it is, not being a tobacco vaper typically. Gandalf made me think perhaps I just tried the wrong juices before and I must be missing something! We'll see....

Wow..Sophie's choice indeed. I tried the Strawberry Shortcake this evening. These two have similar qualities..but the SVC is a deeper, richer flavor...very creamy but not the whip creamy taste thats in the Strawberry Shortcake. Strawberry Shortcake is lighter..a little more on the mellow side and the strawberry is more pronounced..but that could be because I ordered...wait for it...wait for it...extra strawberries. SVC, however, even though I did the extra strawberries, that rich cake just really pops and instead of being two distinct flavors; it explodes then melds into this one ginormous flavor of strawberry cake. Neither layer overpowers,it just blends into this harmonious rich flavor that surprised and delighted me from the first vape. If I had exhibited a little more self control and actually let the dang bottle steep a couple more days, it might have even become more intense and deeply rich.

If it's more of a fluffy light whip creamy angel food cake fresh strawberry type you prefer (and I love this juice!!) then yeah..Strawberry Shortcake.

If you are looking for something a little more deep, rich, and still have that fresh strawberry just reach out and slap your tastebuds...SVC, which in my humble opinion, is the best Strawberry vape I have had the pleasure to enjoy.

Hope this helps.

Did someone say Greyhound?

and Whippet

I'm sad I missed my chance to order today

Whoa, hold on! Ahlusion is selling Greyhounds and Whippets now?! This thread moves way too fast for me! :)

No, seriously, nice looking hounds! A lot of personality.

For the record.."fanboi" annoys me. That was so "backstreet boy, new kids on the block, justin bieber" ago. I mean seriously....being happy about something, whether it's juice, your mod, hell, even your underpants, and believing in something and wanting to purchase a good product...can someone enlighten me???? Oh...you like Oscar Meyer Hotdogs over Hebrew National???? Well you must be a "fanboi"!!! Ford is better than Toyota...no wait..that's common sense..let me think of something else... Oh, I know.. Pepsi tastes better than Coke...HERE, have your "fanboi" T-shirt!!!!

Opinions should be shared, respected, and enjoyed because it's ours and if something get's us excited because we believe it's got an "awesome" level, that shouldn't be treated with disdain...it should be appreciated.

Oh and by the way..if you believe vaping is the best thing ever...I have a discount on your "fanboi" vaping tatoo.

P.S. This isn't directed at anyone on this thread. I just get tired of seeing that word bantered about on this entire forum like it's a different kind of f-bomb.

P.S.2 New Kids on the Block RULE!!! So there!!!!

P.S.3 If Mr. Mann is considered by anyone a "fanboi" then I am guessing they took their daily dose of Haterade.

I've got no problem with "fanboy (or -boi -- is that a gender-neutral spelling or something?)" as a term, because I don't have one that fits better. For me, fanboydom consists of being so obsessed with a third party (juice vendor in this case) that the fanboy has completely lost any semblance of objectivity. A fanboy will praise even the foulest, rankest, or most mediocre juice that their pet vendor whips up, or viciously defend horrible business practices or behavior due to their unwavering starry-eyed admiration for said vendor. This is a personality type. I don't think anyone here has crossed that most unsavory and unrecrossable line yet. Nothing wrong with defending and praising a carefully and thoughtfully crafted product and/or attentive and speedy customer service in my book, and that does not necessarily a fanboy make.

Exactly why on my P.S. there was a staple that no one on this thread was at the mercy of my vent. See, what you say..this makes sense. I get it. Click fanboy on a search here (fanboi if preferred) and it's catty, almost derogatory...kind of the equivalent of idiot from some people...and that just drives me rabid. Call me emotional...or crazy(because honestly I can do crazy very well), but if I am in a group of people whether it's on a forum..or even in public, and we are talking.. people should respect and appreciate one another (talking just regular people here..average everyday breathing human beings going about our lives) and accept that fact this it's ok if we like something or dislike something and what's more..it's ok to disagree if our beliefs or likes aren't the same..it doesn't make either of us wrong or right..just very individual people that crossed paths at a time in our lives..and that one moment each of us pass, it's a gift to treasure not demean or get snarky and petty over..but I keep seeing that happen.

Ok..I need to stop now, before all of you think I am off my rocker and drinking the juices instead of vaping them. My apologies for pulling this thread off topic. Please forgive a silly old lady. :)

Wow this thread is full steam now. I can't keep up!

Love love seeing everyone's pets! I am a puddin' when it comes to dogs of any kind, I just become one big "d'awwww!"

My little guy, Kilton :)

That pic is a few years old, but it's one of my favorites of him because it so captures his personality. He's getting on in years now... 13 or 14. He's half blind and mostly deaf, and has a couple of teeth left, but he's still my baby. I've never had a dog that didn't meet a mishap at some point, so this is my first time dealing with a geriatric pup. It's sometimes stressful, sometimes sad, and sometimes hilarious. /OT rambling

Got my sale order in today! Happiness!

I love dogs as well. We have a boston "terror". I will post a pic as soon as I can track one down.

Is that Luna Fortuna I see in that beautiful stash? Oh please please please give it a sniff test! I have it on my wish list!!! Oh and the Stardust, Strawberry Banana Cream, and Cantal Berry Ice. I think I see a Boba Tea...and a Ginger Apple Tea??

Sorry to see Sleighride is slowly dwindling. I am still in mourning over my Pink Label Juice as well.

'tis! It smells delicious, like berries, and maybe a little tropical? It's hard to distinguish exactly what's in it at this point (if ever.) I will review it to the best of my abilities when I finally give it a whirl!

The Ginger Apple Tea is the one that's really making me crazy. This stuff smells insanely, insanely good.

Wow..berries and tropical...sounds fantastic.

You know, I keep seeing great reviews on their teas. I have to be honest, I am such a tea noob. I like hot earl grey with a dash of lemon..no sugar. I like my plain old southern ice tea..but with no sugar..please add lemon. I like a good mint tea...no sugar..no lemon. Aside from that I am very tea challenged. Any recommendations for a tea newby?

:) Ginger Apple Tea. Black Pomegranate Tea, maybe? Lemon Ginger Iced Tea.

Seems you don't care for sweetness in your teas, so you might not like the Caramel Pear Black Tea. That's a shame, because it's my second favorite tea so far. :)
