Good morning everyone and happy Saturday to all.

A couple days ago, I was asked if I had to choose...would I choose SVC or Strawberry Shortcake.

The monkey has chosen.

While both flavors are very good, I will still keep going back to SVC every time. There is something about it's creamy richness that appeals to me on levels that the Strawberry Shortcake doesn't quite reach. SVC is like a benediction to my palette. The intense cake is more deep and serious, and for me...that sold it to my re-order list. I'm not knocking Strawberry Shortcake in any way. If they are both in a family tree..SVC is a regal matriarch, while Strawberry shortcake is more along the lines of a cousin twice removed. I like it..but SVC has stole my vaping heart.

Pink Label juice...has claimed my vaping soul.

Okay, so what are you interested in? Let's talk juice!

I usually order 3-4 different juices from a vendor the first time I order. So far I have mainly stuck to tobacco juices, but I'm trying to be open minded about it. Usually I like to try juices with different flavor profiles so I can get an idea of what I might like from that vendor, then the second time around I can fine tune it to the exact juices I'd like. With some vendors, you can find 4-5 juices with a very similar flavor profile, so I really only need to sample one of them to begin with. If I like it, then I can decide which of the 4-5 I really like the best. If that makes sense?

So recommendations, including at least a few tobacco's, from Ahlusion, preferably with different flavor profiles?

Vechhio, House Blend, and Smooth Criminal are all very simialr (I'd suggest Vechhio with Strong Tobacco, though the tobacco will not be strong). Blue Grass Burley and Devil Dog are both very similar, but while I love them both, I would feel more comfortable suggesting BGB.

For a change of pace, I would suggest Strawberry Vanilla Cake with extra strawberries and you can pick out another juice that jumps out at you for the free 10 mL (in the suggestions).

Devil Dog and Blue Grass Burley need no steep time really.

SC, Vechhio, House blend all need a 48 hr cap-off steep and a good week+ to really come alive (I have found that several weeks REALLY made the flavors gel). The SVC can be good after about 48 hrs open cap, but it will get better with age.

Hey Cinna - what PG/VG ratio did you go for with the Pink Label juice? And what is your setup? Getting more & more curious about that one, especially after every one of your posts. I can't smell it at all (due to the cold), so curious how mine will compare to yours. I'm having to live vicariously through all of you guys until my senses are back! OH..and did you get it with extra strawberries by chance?? I thought I read somewhere it was more of a subtle flavor...do you feel that way about it?

No lake for me today...total bummer. Cold has gotten worse...so I get to stay home yet again while the steeping juices torture me.

Oh my dear Daniele..I really do hope you get to feeling better soon. I make a pretty awesome homemade chicken noodle soup from scratch. I wish you lived closer so I could bring you some.

My main set up...VModXL. I use the Vapage AMG Hybrid Bottom Feeder atties at 1.5ohms. Since I have gotten this set up, I retired my Leo Pro, my cartomizers, and even several atties that I was experimenting with.

I ordered the Pink Label at 24mg 50/50 pg/vg..no sweetener..extra strawberry was not an option...and to be honest, in my humble opinion, it doesn't need extra anything. The first night I vaped it I was perplexed by it because I didn't taste strawberry at all. I didn't really know what I was tasting, except it was exquisite berries and cherries of some kind with a beautiful melon embraced by it. The more I vaped it, the more enchanted I became with it. One moment I would get pure melon creamy berriness, and just when I think I had it pegged, I would find something else and get swept away all over again. Before Wlad recommended this juice, aside from the great charitable cause, I really didn't look at it that much. I didn't see any reviews about it on ECF. So you see, it really is my greatest little treasure...no hype, but a delicate nudge by it's creator...and I found a juice that I could use all day..all night...light and fruity, but TH is perfect (for me). My latest order has a 30ml and a 10ml bottle of it. I will keep buying this on a regular basis. Each order I make won't be complete unless there's a Pink Label in there.

Your experience may differ from mine, but I honestly hope you enjoy it..or just toss it my way. I promise to take good care of it for you.

I am (or maybe was) a fairly strict tobacco vaper, with maybe the occasional fruit, but I'm pretty excited to be venturing out a little myself with Ahlusion. I haven't tried any of their non-aromatics yet, but I think Mann's assessment of DD and BGB are dead on. I'm a big fan of both.

+ infinity for this!!! The perfect fixed-voltage set-up (or variable wattage if you rig it to install a Kick )! Amazing how this thread is a natural collection point for all of the people with the best taste on ECF!

Mr. M: I placed my last order Sept. 20th, the juices were made Sept. 21st, and I got the "Feedback" e-mail on Oct. 5th . . . just in case you were still wondering. Of course, me being me, the only "new" juice I had tried was the Vecchio Blend (Mild Tobacco). It's delicious, but I think you're right about ordering it next time with Strong Tobacco. I have a few other 10ml bottles of new juice from that order which should be ready to try, but I just haven't gotten around to them yet -- too doggone many fine juices surrounding me!

Think today I will treat myself to my first taste of Boba Coconut . . .

Thank you CM...thats so very sweet of you, and oh how some homemade chicken soup would be fantastic today! My mom actually sent me a text earlier this morning saying she was making one of my favorite soups (she didnt know I've been sick, and she is all the way across the country)...i was like OH MAN...I could REALLY use some of that today! LOL

For Pink Label...I CANNOT wait to try this stuff! Mine is 50/50, 12mg...will probably just be filling up my vivi nova on my Twist when I'm ready to try it. I also love the cause for obvious reasons. I'm really intrigued because of all 15 or so juices I listed in my email to Wlad, he seemed to strongly suggest this one to me more than the others. So based on everything I told him about my tastes/likes, etc...and his knowledge of his own creations...I've got to assume there is something special about that juice. And your description couldn't sound more like something I would fall in love with!

Go away cold, go away!! And steep juices, steep!! LOL

I'm looking forward to getting home and trying my order. As a lover of huge.. I mean... as a huge lover of Breast Cancer awareness, I had to get two 60's of The Pink. I also ordered big bottles of 5 other flavors, and I'm going to break all of these down into 6ml bottles for my crew on the next job. I'm biased against the Baccies (NEVER liked the taste of a cig) so Wlad, consummate Salesman that he is, pointed out that noobs often NEED the tobacco flavors to quit the stinks. Of course, I tried to add BGB, DD and Smooth Criminal later, but dangit, closed again. Lol.. It's like trying to hit a moving target. Anyway, until I can place the order for the tobacco flavors, here is what is coming:

Orange Nocturne (of course! my fav to date)
Melon Berry Frost

Pink Label

So that will be nine total (plus a handful of my DIY's) for my crew to sample. I'm hoping those who try these will find something in there to get them off of the analogs beyond the worksite walls for the permanent reduction to a lifetime of 0mg gourmet juice. Even if just one or two break the habit, it will have been worth it. I'm passing around my juice on this job, and there is a lot of enthusiasm. One worker had us all in stitches, falling in love with one juice after another and running off with my hardware only to come back, fall in love with the next, and run off again. These large ethanol plant maintenance shutdowns, I like to call "Rodeos", because they're filled with clowns, and dangerous stunts. Actually, we take the dangerous part very seriously, and I have yet to have a worker injured. An unparalleled feat in my industry. Training and preparation are key. Now if I can only keep them safe from those little death nails.

So, I have this ongoing thing about find a savory vape. It has been elusive since shortly after I started vaping. Don't get me wrong, I really love my sweet vapes but the constant sweet gets old to me.

I have tried numerous tobaccos (all the usual suspects) and while I like them, none are repeats. They tend to be just flat out too overpowering for me. I'm not against tobacco flavors but I am cautious about ordering them.

Has anyone found a good savory vape from Ahlusion yet? It will be at least a week or two till my next order (assuming I can hold off ordering Pink Label that long). I'm just planning and building the wish list.

I must say though, the original bottle I got (not the one you got Asnki) has matured to such a degree that it is almost unnatural with how good it is. The tobacco is not very strong, but there is something very interesting about it: My last order from GoodeJuice was the last bottle of Wrangler Lite with the old formula, and I got it with extra extract and flavoring. The odd thing is, the juice tastes completely different (but very good nonetheless), but what is odd is it resembles Vechhio in a very strong way. So, the GeJ bottle with extra flavor and extra extract tastes less tobacco-y than it did with less extract and flavor, but it also tastes more like an Ahlusion non-aromatic juice. So, what am I saying? I dunno. I guess that tobacco can be very tricky sometimes, but while the apparent taste of the tobacco isn't very strong, the interaction between it and the other flavors is very much like that of another exalted NET vendor in my book. Tez, I give you the green light on this one -- just give it a lot of time and you will have the best of a dessert-y (sexy vanilla, with a whisper of coconut and cocoa) type NET that gets increasingly better with time.

p.s. I am sorry if this doesn't make a ton of sense -- I just woke up and needed to say it. Oh yeah, go with strong tobacco.
