I bet it would work with those super shortys too right? And probably even easier to get the filler out since there isn't much of it?

Getting the filler out is about as easy as opening up a fortune cookie. :D No but seriously, try it out and you'll see. It surely would work on a short if the coil is on the bottom.

I am much better with Fortune cookies than I am with the reverse Taryn Spin...so that's perfect for me!

Hello friends! Popping my head in to ask a question:

I sent an Email to Ahlusion about 3 weeks ago asking when their international ordering might be enabled. To date I have not received a reply. Does anyone know the answer to it? I am getting a bit antsy to try this vendor after reading all the raves:)

Thanks. Carry on ;)

They do not ship anything with nicotine outside the US. They have locations in South Africa and the UK. Not sure about there.
Can see and link here

I've never tried DIY myself but, just out of curiosity, have you used any of Ahlusion's flavor concentrates yet?

Gawd, I'd love to. I've tried shopping them before but up until now, they're pictured but not available. I'm sincerely hoping that once the Cafe is open and they have less on their plate that they'll be stocking some DIY supplies. To date, I have 4 home runs. Strawberry cake, HoneyBlu, and HoneyPear. I also made a knockoff of AIV's "A Quiet Morning" that I call "Sunrise Serenity" that rivals the original, which I LOVE. I make that one low nic, and it is real subtle so it makes a very nice late evening and early morning vape. More than anything, DIY is a chance to get geeky but if I count the flushed bottles, learning isn't cheap. Quiet Morning is Passion fruit and green tea, my Sunrise is Dragon fruit and green tea. Probably the greatest benefit of DIY is learning how to tweak my store bought to tune it in a little better to my liking. Wlad & Alley are on to a great idea, developing flavor profiles on customers. It will save me that step in time. And of course, their ingredients seem much better than what is commercially available at DIY shops so I don't really tweak theirs except to dilute a little on the flavors that seem just a little TOO strong. You can't go the other way without diminishing the quality of their ingredients.

Glad you two brought this up. I didn't know I could actually have a use for the used ones and an easier way to taste juices when I don't have an atty! Thanks guys!

I would consider GJ4, Apple Cured tobacco, Shadowfax, Gollum, Dark Horse, Smooth Criminal, Vechhio, KB7, Lasttango (Prime vaping), Eden, VR's Tobaccos, and many others "easing into NETs." I would not consider Paris, London, Devil Dog, Blue Grass Burley, Stockholm, Patriot, Organic Tobacco #1 or a few others, "easing into NETs" -- those are more like jumping into natural tobacco extracts.

Thank you Mr. Mann. After researching NETs for the past week, that portion of your post was truly a jewel. Quite a bit of info packed into two sentences. After reading through most of this thread searching out the tobacco nuggets I was ready to order from Ahlusion but by then they were closed for the move. Fortunately I'd already read about W2V so I came home from work Friday morning and placed an order for London, Louisville and their 10 item sample package (mostly tobacco flavors). Then I roam over to Ahlusion only to realize they were actually taking orders at that time so I couldn't resist... have to at least try the bluegrass burley. As a former pipe smoker (although that was years ago), I think I have an idea of what I'm 'jumping into' and in the meantime I have some Stanwell Vanilla that I plan to try extracting the flavor using Kurt's heated VG method over in the diy subforum. At least this way, I'll have some nice juices to use as a benchmark for my own attempts.

I would love to hear some opinions from you and others on any of those juices you listed above such as Dark Horse, Gollum, Patriot and Smooth Criminal. After vaping ry4, desert ship and othe tobacco 'flavors' for the past three months, this NET business is like striking a large gold vein.

cheers,
cho

Good morning everyone. Hope all of you are having a lovely, peaceful Sunday. It's finally nice and breezy chilly here so I opened all the windows and the patio door. Gotta love it. Add a nice cup of vanilla biscotti coffee to it..and I have a very fine morning indeed. :)

Wishing you all the very best,

Cinnamonkey

You can meet me in http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...12-top-5-vendors-e-liquid-43.html#post7432456 and we can talk about the non Ahlsuionistic flavors. :) I'm going to be a little busy (well actually a lot) for the next week or so, but I am going to be on the computer off and on for a little while today. If I don't respond to you, seek out Tezcatlipoca and he should be able to answer questions on virtually all of the same ejuices that I can. (Tez and I have similar tastes.)

Also, if you did smoke a pipe, I would say get some high mg Patriot from GeJ. Personally, Vechhio Smooth Criminal and House Blend are all closely related and are more along the lines of a casual NET, but the tobacco is there (maybe moreso with Vechhio ordered with strong tobacco), but more importantly the flavors of those are super packed and they are (IMO) a member of the desert type tobaccos. Steep long term for best flavor -- buy now for incredible flavor for mid to late November (steep open cap for 48 hrs, then re-cap and let sit in a cool, dark, and quiet(;)) place. ).

Devil Dog and Blue Grass Burley are best to buy now to vape now.

Good Sunday all
Wow this thread is really steaming right along, considering it only started 9/14!!
I received my order and have done the 48hr "topless" steep. :) I have tried 2 of my flavors,
Serious Cider
Car mel Mambo

I have to say the jury is still out, and i will wait to give a better review after they have some more age on them. I did like the taste of the cider, but it only showed up on the exhale, but what did was authentic sweet crisp apple. I take that as a very good sign. I mean has anyone ever liked a juice then liked it LESS after steeping? lol :)

This brings me to my question, how long do u let ahlusion juices steep? I did not get any tobacco, if that helps. I did pick up some Ricks Request, and still wanna know who Rick is?

Works like a charm too....been fiddling with it all morning! The only small mishap was when I thought I grabbed Pink Label to try, and it was really Melonade...so I had a breif moment of "wow....that is NOT what I thought this would taste like!" Once I figured out what juice it was though....it made perfect sense!

Ok..this is my boston terror (and no, that's not a typo spelling on my part), Portia. Soccer balls are demolished in seconds around her. Basketballs tremble in fear at her passing. She's the love of my son's life. Meh...I am kind of fond of her too, but since I have the "evil mom" reputation to uphold, I can't be too ooshy gushy over her. She makes a great foot warmer and she's very affectionate. The great thing about her..she doesn't bark. I can literally count on one hand the number of times I have heard her bark in 6 years. She's awesome, but useless, alas, if someone were to break into my home, she would just love them to death..and that's about it. She jumps like a marathon jumper. She's horribly gassy though, even though she is maintained on a strict diet of food for sensitive stomachs. Her air biscuits will make grown men cry. Aside from that..she's a wonderful part of our family.

Actually yes! But only one out of say... two hundred? :p Almond Toffee Crunch Coffee. Fantastic for the first two weeks and then after that the only flavor I tasted was almonds. Threw it out lol.

OMG CM - LOVE her!! I always said if I was to ever get a smaller dog it would be a Boston Terror ;). She looks like an angel...I don't know what you could possibly be talking about! LOL

She's in the process of mutilating that soccer ball:blink:. She's a funny little poocher for sure. I love boxers and bulldogs and sharpeis. I love their little faces, especially when they are smooshywooshy...it's awesome.

Believe it or not, for me, most strawberry shortcakes are good until about 3wks. Once it steeps too much and the shortcake overtakes the strawberries....I toss it. I won't even open a bottle until I know I'm ready to vape it for the "shortcake binge". It's also why I prefer to buy it in smaller bottles so that I can keep the caps on (no steeping til I am ready for it).

I agree. My strawberry shortcake tastes like pure cake now. Time to get another fresh bottle.

Yep..me too!! Its those faces that just kill me. My friend coined the term "munch face" no idea why....but says Leo (and Boxers, boston terriors, etc) have "munched up faces"...LOL. I've also been told Leo looks like Jack Nicholson and Samuel L Jackson...those I don't quite get as much, but I do love those little munch faces!! LOL

The first pic is a good munch face pic...the 2nd is the facial expression where people say he looks like Samuel L Jackson...but I still don't really get that one. haha

Been vaping some Pink Label this morning...I can tell I am really going to like this one I think. I do think it needs a little bit more time, as I am getting a slight after taste, that I have a feeling will die down as it comes together a bit more. But on the initial inhale....I am just loving this flavor. Creamy berry yumminess!

I adore your pupper. He's got the perfect little kissy face!!! I want to smoosh it n smooch it!!! He also has very soulful eyes. A very beautiful gentleman, indeed.

The Pink Label does smooth out and blend more within a day or so of opening after the steeping. Having the Vmod, juice box thingy type..my juice that I am vaping in the squeezy bottle, it's continuously steeping like it was in it's bottle with the open top. I miss Pink Label...all other juices now seem...meh, after finding the fabulous. I can't wait for my order to get here!!!
