Morning guys....thanks for the few posts on the PG/VG ratios. It looks like some of you have had similar experiences in terms of the higher VG juices still having solid flavor. That just makes me that much more excited and impatient for my order to arrive though! I was starting to get slightly nervous that maybe I shouldn't have gone with 50/50 across the board due to past experience with other vendors...but now I am glad I did!! If the rest of the flavors follow the same pattern I noticed with the 2 or 3 higher VG Ahlusion juices I havce already tried, I will be one happy girl! Its crazy how much more noticeable the increased vapor production is, but getting that while not having to sacrifice flavor?! Can anyone say, uhm, PERFECTION! I love when I don't have to compromise!

I'm sorry to Terri & KRose that you aren't enjoying your juices. I am using vivi novas with my Twist batteries primarily, so I don't think its an equipment issue. Maybe some of the juices will come around a bit, or maybe its worth trying a few others. It sounded like a few of them were the seasonal flavors. I can speak to Serious Cider at least....and to me that is the only juice that I haven't been fond of. (I haven't tried any of the others you mentioned). It just honestly had no flavor at all....at 70% PG. I did notice on the Ahlusion site that they had changed the recipe and they will send a new bottle to anyone who ordered it that first week it was released. So if you ordered yours before Sept 29th....you might be able to get a new one from Wlad, just in case you want to see if that might be part of the issue.

When are they going to be open back up? I've been wanting to order for a few days now =[

They were open yesterday, and they should be open today at some point. They are still in the process of moving so their hours have been a bit unpredictable. Good idea would be to keep an eye on this thread...someone will normally chime in when they notice they are open. Things will get back to normal once their brick and mortar store is open.

I hate it for those who are having troubles with their Ahlusion juices. I love them so much that it makes me sad when someone else can't enjoy them. Taste buds are a weird thing, aren't they? It's fascinating to me how different people can perceive the same juice in different ways. The first thing that popped into my head when someone said peppery and harsh was the nicotine, because that's *exactly* what a higher nic content did to my juices in the past, and I know that Ahlusion uses a stronger or higher-grade nic than any other vendor I've tried. So maybe try a lower strength? I vape with mini novas on a twist, and they have always been amazing clean, true, and flavorful for me. (Dead tastebuds notwithstanding.)
Anyway, I have no useful advice to offer, but you have my sympathies.

Just a quick thread break to thank Hulamoon for starting this thread. It has become a must check for me. It has some serious legs.

Hey! this is totally not Ahlusion related, but I'm gonna share it with you guys cos I've been whining and moaning in this thread about my loss of taste lately.

Someone in another thread suggested gargling with warm saltwater a few times, then rinsing your mouth with cold water. Well, I just tried it, and within 10 minutes, It's completely better!!!

I don't know if it will last, but right now I am one happy Ahlusionist.

I'm totally wondering about the difference bettwen melon-berry frost and cantal-berry ice as well....

Catching up back on page 183 - but saw you guys talking about these two and I have had some time with both now.........

They are similar in they are both fruit vapes- BUT the longer I have been vaping the cantelberry ice- the more I like it and it truly is a canteloupe vape. The Melon berry - is burst in your mouth fruity of all types of melon flavors and the can tal berry - is predominately canteloupe........I am finding - judging by how much is left in the bottles- I love them both!!! Already ordered the melon berry in the big bottle - but I am adding the can tal berry to order BIG list. Initially I thought the can tal berry lacked the complexity of the melon berry - but the longer it has steeped and the more I have vaped it - I think that was premature thinking! YUM!

I JUST NOW put some Cranberry Autumn (a flavor I have not yet tasted, with a born on date of 9/23) in a mini vivi and got a very different experience. I immediately got a pure flavor, no harshness, on the draw and a pleasant taste on the exhale. Now, had someone handed this to me to taste I wouldn't have said, " Wow! Cranberry tea!", but it is a much better first taste than the others I've tried.

I'm not giving up the ghost just yet...

Thanks for the update on this!! And your description makes perfect sense...and in typical Ahlusion fashion, their juices taste like what they claim they are! I love me some canteloupe...so sounds like I might need to give that one a try too! The list of "mys try's" continues to grow....

Well that sounds like a good sign!! Just out of curiosity...did you steep with the cap off to start? If not, you might benefit from doing that for a day or two.

I did indeed daniele, and since then every time I took a wiff of it I got a gin-like smell, but over the weekend I pulled it out and took off the cap and drip tip and left it open until just now.

Ah...INteresting! Sounds like maybe they needed a little more air than most perhaps! Of the 7 or so Ahlusion juices I have tried, there were 2 to 3 that were not appealing to me in aroma, and left me hesitant to actually try them, but sure enough, the taste did not reflect the smell in those cases. I also think I have found I don't like the smell their lime or citrusy flavors put off, but I have really enjoyed the tastes of those juices. I don't think any of this vaping stuff will ever actually make sense though!

No...they are in process of a big move, so things have been a little hectic for them. Just keep trying...I will notice that one minute, and then a few minutes later it's open and you can add to cart. I've yet to figure out any true pattern as to when they are open...at least not during this move phase. I've just kept trying, and typically it opens back up rather quickly. good luck!

My first order has been shipped!! 30ml of Strawberry Vanilla Cake, 30ml of Tiramisu, and a 10ML trial of Smooth Criminal...shipped out today!!

The Hardest part is gonna be letting these set for a 2 weeks or so and not trying them!

I have yet to recieve 30ml or larger bottles from Ahlusion...are these not dropper bottles? I thought I saw a pic somewhere that just made them look like regular bottles, without a dropper or dropper tip.

They are shipped with a polyseal cap, but they include a dropper top in a separate baggie.
