Anyone got a good steep time idea for the Caramel Apple? Mines been going 3 weeks so far and there is no apple coming out. Just a very, very faint apple in the background under the caramel.

Been vaping the daylights out my Hot Sticky Buns and Honeydew Wipeout the last few days. The Mrs. has broken into the Sweet Strawberry and loving it. She used to be foreman on a berry farm over a few summers while going to collage She got to taste quite a few right of the plants. She swears the Sweet Strawberry tastes just like fresh off the plant.

I want to put in an order in the next day or two but I have to wait till I can catch them open. I have checked about 8 times already today . I want to try the Pink Label, BVC, and maybe the peach tea. Never tried a tea e-liquid before.

Honestly NK, I don't think the apple is going to come out. I had said previously that it may be the sweet getting lost in the sweet. I don't know if you got the sour or not, but I bet it's better. I was really looking forward to this juice, but the apple is just not coming through. This sounds like a feedback type of issue, so I think that's what I will do. Toddle loo.

I don't even wanna think too hard about what this rental costs, but between 4 people it's not too terribly bad. And we can buy groceries and cook there, so the usual vacation expense will be down.

I don't know if it has internet, though! D: That's probably a good thing in the long run. More time to enjoy scenic vistas, natural splendor, and putput golf.

Another thing about drip tips is they are great at helping you figure out what is in the "tank". I have a lime-green and white swirled tip on my Honeydew Wipeout, anodized gold on my Bananas Foster, black and gold swirl on my Hot Sticky buns, brown and black swirl on my Car-mal Mombo, etc. This really helps me keep the 6-8 tanks I have sorted out.

There are some shapes and materials I definitely like better than others. Stainless feels the best to me. I hear that glass is the best but they are a bit pricey for me.

edit: Drip tips aren't purely decorative. Different shapes feel more comfortable to different people, and different materials can affect the temperature of the vapor, etc. I don't want to start a drip tip war! haha But to me, its like 80% cosmetic.

This is what I am sending to Wlad: "So, there is a bit of a consensus in the thread that the Caramel Apple is rather low on the apple, if not vacant. I have tried many different temperatures (and different attys), but I just can't taste it. I don't know if you had heard of this issue, but I believe the juice is missing the mark. (I am almost happy that I have something to complain about finally, hahaha.)

p.s. I am also not sure how the sour apple would taste (possibly better and easier to discern) because I think most of us got sweet, but I'd imagine that the balance of the sweet apple taste with the caramel would be a little tricky as sweets generally fall victim to being drowned out by sweeter flavors. Which is why I can't sweeten my coffee and eat a pastry/donut -- actually, I can't sweeten my coffee anyway. LOL

p.s.2 The nose of the juice does reveal apple, but for some reason it isn't coming through in the vape."

I want to talk about my p.s.2. I really do get apple on the nose of the juice, but it isn't coming through in the actual vape. Does anyone in here get that? Did anyone in here get the sour apple? There should probably be an extra apple option on these.

That's funny, because the stainless is my least favorite of the ones I've tried. It's always so cold, and it adds a good bit of weight. I'm with you on the stainless drip tips....I don't like the cold feel of them, and sometimes I feel like i get a bit of a metallic taste. I have a few glass ones that I like, but those to me are pureles decorative...as they dont feel any different to me than some of my pastic or acrylic ones. Once I got the tru stone tips though...I definitely notice a difference in the comfort and just overall vape experience. I can't even pick up any of my other tips now that I started using these. They are different in size than most, so I'm sure that has alot to do with the comfort factor

Metal tips in general. I love the look, love their indestructability, but I also get a metallic taste sometimes. Worse yet, I have to keep a chapstick handy, as they seem to draw the moisture from my lips and leave me feeling "chapped".

This is one of the reasons I like my clear dual-coils.... they each come with a rubbery drip tip. I don't like the feel of drip tips hitting my teeth

I don't like the tips to touch my teeth either - I LOVE the tiny rubber ones that come with the ce3s but I've sort of resigned myself to it since I got the vivis.

After reading your comments about the Caramel Apple, I just had to go break out my bottle of it that I have had steeping...born date of 09/28. I ordered it with the sour apple option. I can taste the Apple in mine...while it is not an "in your face" apple taste, I definitely do taste it....I think I like this one! I will have to give it a real test by filling one of my tanks with it, but looks promising.

I got the sour apple, but I'm out of town until Thursday morning, and I didn't bring it with me on the trip. Wanted to steep it more, more, more! Will report the next time I try it.

The apple in my Ginger Apple Tea seems to me a bit more muted than expected too, so I wonder if it's an issue with the apple flavoring in general?

ack for how long? I used to dread going outside at airports and through all that security to smoke. 6 hour plane rides were awful. I haven't been on a plane since I began vaping yet. No way to stealth in the bathroom? Or are there cameras in there now? (lol)

Oh I wrote that when I was half-drunk. It was only a four hour flight, but like I said I was half-drunk, and cramped (Southwest) and surfing the internet from an airplane, not even sure it would actually post I vaped nearly immediately heading to baggage claim
