I always buy for the cause. Pink Label could suck but as long as it helps someone. Lost my grandmother to breast cancer many years ago. I just bought all the pink ribbon pens from CVS.

^^ this. My quick drip of this after a 50+ hour steep leads me to think I am going to love it, but even if I don't fall in total love, as long as it's vapeable, I will continue to buy a bottle each and every time I place an order, just because of the cause.

My hats off to Ahlusion for what they are doing here!

My previous post, for some reason, I just can't "edit." I just wanted to say, I spent EVERY birthday (25 of them) I had with Mama until her passing which was a couple weeks before she turned 75 and I turned 25. My birthdays are never going to be the same.

Me too ('03), though it feels like yesterday. That one moment in my life sent me on a wild goose chase for some sense of connection. She was quite literally my favorite person, and losing her was akin to losing myself. We also shared a birthday, well, not really. See (I may be giving something away here), some people in the south weren't issued birth certificates and a lot of people ended up only being able to estimate their birthdays. (Time passes and things are forgotten.) Well anyway, she chose July 28th as her birthday when she was a kid, and that, many years later, was the day I was born on. Mama was my world.

i understand mr. mann, trust me. my grandmother raised me for the first two years of my life after my mother walked out bc a child was too much (she was 19). i had a dream of my "Mimi" saying good-bye to me (when i was 11) and one month later the angels flew her away. She was only in her young 50s.
i had no idea about the birthdays, wow. i think july 28th was meant to be.

I have read these last few posts..and words really can't express. The people that love you most are the ones that tend to have the biggest influence on the kind of person you become. They live on through you and I have no doubt (Mr. Mann and CayCay) that they are extremely proud of who you are and what you have accomplished. Your posts have definitely touched my heart this evening and I thank you for sharing beautiful and touching memories.

This is what I was talking about! So many of us have had this disrupt and upset the balance of family that it never ceases to amaze me when I read or hear stories like yours. I know a lot of people say things about older people that pass, like, "she was young for her age," but Mama defied age and most of its baggage. Okay, I can't type anymore.

I have to be honest here, at the age of 14 I became a state brat, so all of the family and security was ripped away. I have no regrets because, if nothing else, it made me stronger and without it, I probably wouldn't be here today on this forum..or anywhere else for that matter. Sometimes though, I wish I could go back..and tell all of the people from my wee younger years before life went to hell in a handbasket just how much I loved them and how much I miss them now. I have so many incredible memories of people that loved me and cherished me and I was someone's niece, someone's great niece, great grandaughter, grandaughter, and up until I was 10 I was someone's beloved daughter. I'm almost 36 now..married and with children of my own..and I can read the posts tonight, and remember things that I thought long forgotten..and oh, how I can wish for just one moment to have that sense of connection and security. I read...and a tiny piece of me has this little bit of envy, yet I am so happy to know that that connection still exists and can only hope that my children and my grandchildren will appreciate me and love me just like this.

Wow. My heart was ripped in 2 Cinny. The beauty that shows through you hid that pain very well. I guess we kind of get good at smiling when it really hurts deep inside. I never knew my mom which pains me but at the same time it made me be the best damn mother I know how to be. Hugs to you Cin, it's that broken road that led you to who you are today.

In the spirit of openness: I think Tez and Eleanor are the only ones that know this here, but, Mr.Mann is going to Mr.Dad, come the first week in April (Lord willing). My wife and I are expecting our first child! So, if you ever see me pa-trolling the thread in the middle of the night, just know it is because my mind was so full of every kinda thought imaginable that I couldn't sleep.

p.s. This place sure beats the bar!

Ok...here's my last post for the night..and then off to bed for me.

Pink Label..I got lucky. What started out as "hey, it's for a fantastic cause" ended up being the best dang eliquid I have tried. For me, it outshines everything, including SVC, and all the other juices I have tried to date. I do mean EVERYTHING. It has everything I was searching for with the melon, the berries, the tiniest hint of cream. It's a beautiful creation that obviously had alot of thought put into it by it's creator. It's not just music, it's the whole damn symphony for me. The fact that a huge portion of my purchase on this juice goes to a charitable cause I believe in is a blessing.

I do tend to sing it's praises quite a bit on this thread not because I need to hype the hell out of it, but because I am running out of juices to talk about. I still will continue sampling and trying Ahlusion's amazing liquids, but to be honest...my actual search is over. With the Pink Label, SVC, and BVC, I am a happy camper. Anything else is just an added bonus of good juice...and it's all about the best company ever...Ahlusion.

Good night everyone. Thank you for keeping a silly monkey company and reminding her of beautiful things. Thank you for being you. :)

Respectfully,

~Moi~

I'm a bit of a night owl and on Pacific time to boot, so I'll look forward to meeting up with you here when you're on pa-trol(l)! :) Gets kinda quiet sometimes when I'm at my most chatty!
