I know how they feel. I live in a large State Recreation area. It was land donated by Henry Ford to the state long ago, but not before he gave some choice lakefront parcels to friends. The few residential properties rarely change hands, often passed down to children but we lucked out one day about 20 years ago and one came up for sale. The only problem is that it is heavily treed, there are very few homes, and the power goes out often. It is a lot of work to hunt the line break through the woods, to only put a dozen homes back on the grid, so we get put last on the list every time. Living here requires a generator, several chain saws, and every vehicle must have 4 wheel drive. Propane, no gas, and no cable. Even satellite is impossible for most, too many trees. Gorgeous here, lots of wildlife, but we get thrown back to the stone age much too often. I keep meaning to get one of those automatic switches for the genny. I'll keep meaning to for years to come, I'm sure.

Sounds exciting. I live in metroPhoenix and nothing here happens weatherwise. I do love the stark landscape, having grown up among cornfields in Illinois, so to me it's exotic. We have a 'monsoon' season, but it's pretty much a joke. Should be called the 'dust storm' season as it's 98% dust and 2% rain. RARELY does the power go out, which is good when you're trying to cool a house 30 degrees from the outside temp 6 months of the year.

Oh yeah, this thread is about Ahlusion. Well, you can see by my banner that I'm almost 100 packs of cigs to the good. That's $700 in my neck O thewoods. I DO believe I'm about in the black! So I'm putting together my wishlist. Don't want to put it through until I'm sure I have everything covered. BGB, check. Grapevine!, Check. Dutch Chocolate mint? Check. 'nother Ego Twist Kit? Check-a-roo. Dracula's Desire (Black Cherry)!! YEP! I'm going to hold off on Mimosa, until I hear some comments on the different flavors. Am I forgetting anything?

Wow, do I love Zombie Repellent! I can't nail down any specific flavor, though. What do you pick up in ZR? I know their site says melon and lime, but there seems to be more.
I haven't tried this juice yet, but I have noticed that with all of their juices I have tried it is incredibly hard to pick out the individual flavors - they really all come together make one unique taste. That's something I've never experienced with any other vendor. They are truly blend masters. But you have convinced me to put this on my wishlist!

The scariest, and absolutely MOST beautiful event that ever happens here is an ice storm. I actually look forward to them. You can stand in the garage and hear trees breaking all over, sounds like fireworks. It's darwinism at it's finest, takes out the ones that are leaning, or weak and sickly. But when it is over, and the sun comes out? You have never seen anything like it. Miles of forest crystal ice palace glittering in the sun. It hurts the eyes, it is so amazing. Leaf change is pretty awesome too, but nothing like those diamond crusted trees after an ice storm. This year, one of the red foxes that lives in a burrow in the yard had kits. Man, were THEY cute. They found the cats bowls in the garage, and we'd have to shoo them out. Adorable.

The desert is appealing too! My folks lived in a little town north of Vegas, on the side of a mountain. The "Top Guns" from Nellis AFB liked to play in the valley below, it was fun to watch them cat and mouse. I liked climbing the mountain, but man, you have GOT to watch out for the wildlife and scrub out there. It ALL bites! Stark beauty though, and incredible mountain sunsets.

You should, it's very good. It's kind of tart, so maybe just get a small sample first. That's how I got it. I'm going to get a 30ml when they're accepting orders.

All the Ahlusion vapes I'm vaping today are tasting pretty darn good. Cranberry Autumn, Stardust and Peppermint Mocha. Umm umm umm! Not all of them are tasty yet, still getting a peppery taste, but I'm patient. Oh and JG Blend last night was mighty tasty too. I have a ton of tanks with various flavors and it's nice to just change it up in an instant. I have yet to find an all-day vape, but I'm not entirely sure I want to, heh.

I agree. Why would you hope that there is only 1 flavor that you really want all day? I don't want an all day food or drink so why the search for an all day vape? That's the joy of vaping rather than smoking...no limits.

I just got a voice mail from Stacey at Ahlusion...they ran into an equipment problem and my Oct. 29 order is going to be put on hold (at my request - they also offered a refund). I believe she said it could be up to a week before shipment - just wanted to give y'all a heads up! No bother to me...it's worth the wait and I am in awe that they CALLED!

Ah, darn it. That means they won't be taking any more orders for awhile, which is more people who really want to get their hands on some who will get turned away. We're going to have to shout it out for the board loud and proud once they're back up and running so they can capture some of that lost business. I feel bad for Wlad and Ally, I'm sure they're a lot more concerned about the disappointment than the lost sales. That's why I really like them. Their heart is certainly in the right place.

I just got the same dreaded call that balbrt1 and Crafty did. The funny thing is I've been getting so many election-related phone calls lately, I've been doing some heavy-duty screening. When I saw that it was a Michigan number, I thought "This could be important -- it might be Ahlusion!" It's nice that they take the time to call and offer a refund. A lot of vendors wouldn't have even bothered to send an email, let alone place a phone call. For example, I still haven't heard word one on a custom piece of equipment I ordered from a manufacturer almost a month ago. It's really too bad that Ahlusion's customer service is the exception in this industry rather than the rule.

Aw nuts, poor Wlad and Alley! They can't seem to catch a break with this move/expansion!

Here's hoping to completely smooth sailing for A+ in the very near future! :toast:

It's really difficult, too, when we all get to see it happening in real time. A couple things I have grown to understand about A+ is that they are attentive and patient: they will not turn their backs on their customers (attentiveness), they won't rush into anything and cut corners that will upend their efforts in the future (patience).

Although they experienced a couple bumps in the road, luckily they were smart enough to not be running at full capacity during these times -- imagine how catastrophic it could've been if they would've remained open 24 hrs.

I'm not even close to breaking even but doing better. And last night *gulp* I finished almost all of my Ahlusion up. Got some yesterday but it is steeping so that is all a week away (OK, maybe less). I have to put in another order soon. I think this one will be a biggie so I don't run out over the holidays.

EDIT: And now I see it may be awhile till I can order! *sniff* *sniff*

I crunch numbers. It's what I do. I can't ever look a number square in the eye, and not crunch it. So I've crunched some numbers on Ahlusion juice. Here's how it falls. IF you wait until after your first order, and use the 15% coupon for supplying feedback, the price for Ahlusion juice is as follows:
10ml bottles @ 15% discount = $0.765/ml
30ml bottles @ 15% discount = $0.453/ml
60ml bottles @ 15% discount = $0.396/ml

If you always wait to get the feedback request to place the next order, and use it, and follow up, and use it, etc. then these are rather permanent figures. If you're lucky to qualify for the military discount too, or you've reached the magic purchase level where further discounts apply, the numbers look even better. It's possible to vape Ahlusion for $0.34/ml. I believe I'm pretty much done with DIY except for playing. At $0.90/ml for the first order, if you get 10ml's, the juice can look pricey. But Wlad and Ally have actually made it possible to vape Ahlusion for less than half that, in fact almost 1/3 that, if you take advantage of the big bottles and the discount opportunities they provide. I love this place.
