As to why he won't just allow people to buy only larger bottles? I think, repeat, I think that he wouldn't be comfortable putting anyone in a place where they had no option but to purchase that much liquid. I don't know that from any talks with him, that is merely a theory.

I also suspect that they wouldn't want to get backlogged and put previous orders on the back-burner while filling new orders for 30 ml bottles, but that's also just a theory. They constantly impress me with the circumspect and professional manner in which they do business.

W&A are NOT merely running a great juice mixing business as much as they are running a great flavor making business. The difference is clear. When Wlad tells me about how much work it is to get all of the tannin and caffeine (allergens) out of the tea leaves, it should be considered science. When Wlad states in one of his articles (on the site) that he is able to "fine tune" flavors down to the "molecule," it should be considered, and is, science (and also a feat of which is unparalleled). After we get our juices and all of that science has been dealt with to keep us safe and interested, then we are able to start appreciating his art. An artful science is the Ahlusion difference.

Yep, I agree. While there are a number of other businesses that have made an art of juice-mixing, and there are a few who have made a science of flavor-making, Wlad really excels at both, while surpassing all others who are skilled at either.

Who here has run the gamut of all the non-aromatic tobaccos, excluding River Tree? Hey Tez, let's talk...

Tag team back again...LOL

I have bought all the non-aromatic blends but I just got them today and I have them steeping with top's off right now so will be next week before I really try them.

Bobas is a good liquid. I have tried it, much to sweet for me. Didn't get more than a couple of mil out of it and I gave it to a friend. There is very little complexity in it. It's not bad tasting, just over-hyped IMHO.

EDIT: upon advice of council, I am amending my statement to read "Boba's Bounty" is a good liquid.

I'm still determined to try Bobas one day out of curiousity. I wish I had gotten my mainstreams in before finding the truly amazing vendors.

NK, I think you should ammend your post to say "Boba's Bounty." LOL. When I read it, I thought .

Lurking, lurking, lurking...just not a whole lot to say at the moment. I may not be doing a lot of writing over the next week actually. This is the time of year I have been waiting for...the one in which my super awesome husband (he's also my best friend, if you can believe it) is home for the entire week of Thanksgiving. I have to cherish every moment at home that I get with him, as he works out of state and is gone during the week..only to come home for the weekend to try to catch up on resting from an exhausting time at work. Having a whole 8 and a half days of him here at home is something very special to be treasured. I do miss him so much when he isn't home.

Never think that my silence means I have forgotten my favorite ladies and gentlemen of the Ahlusion thread. I keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers and you always have my special best wishes on this beginning to a joyous holiday. I keep meaning to type something or respond to certain posts and by the time I get back to it, the thread has moved on in a new direction. So I will just say this...may you all have a wonderful weekend. :) I hope all who have received their orders enjoy their new juices. The ones who are waiting, be patient, because good things come to those who wait...and Ahlusion damn sure is a good thing.

Respectfully,

NK, you are a genius!!! This may be one of the finest ideas I've ever heard! :)

That said, I respectfully disagree with your assessment of Boba's Bounty. If it's too sweet for you, I perfectly well understand, but if you spend a little time with it, it's a surprisingly complex juice. It's one of those rare "chameleon juices" which seems to give you a little something different every time you return to it.

Ahhh, we'll miss you Cinna, but we'll know it's for a good cause! Have a great week and a wonderful holiday!

Now I have to respectfully disagree. From the first taste I had of it, through multiple bottles, down to the last time I had some, it always tastes exactly the same to me. Honey graham crackers. That's all I ever taste. :)

Sounds like he had to take a cold shower.

You know, I never thought about it but while BGB is like DD's little brother, DD is sort of like a W2V juice. BGB, however, tastes like nothing else, aside from a different take on DD. How that makes sense that BGB is like DD but not what DD is like? I dunno. BGB tastes exactly like the name suggests: not green grass, but Blue Grass! :)
