Ahlusion

It makes things tough to keep trying new flavors when each has been done so well. I'm used to searching through so many different juices to find one that I like. Whenever I would come across a decent one, I would dig my hooks into it and hold on for dear life not knowing when the next good one would come along. I'm slowly being retrained by A+ that it's okay to keep experimenting...they are much more than a one trick pony.

I was thinking of something along these lines today, because I was thinking about Ahlusion's showing in the "best juice of 2012" thread...

With most vendors, they have "that" juice: their most popular, gotta-try-it, carries the ship kinda juice, and almost everything else on their menu is just a backup singer. Don't wanna name examples, but you know what I'm talking about. When it comes to a contest like this, Ahlusion's overall excellence and standards almost work against them. I don't think any of us who voted for Ahlusion actually voted for the same juice .

It had occurred to me to throw out there to all of you, that if we wanted to actually make a showing when the official contest thread started, we might want to think about consolidating our votes into one unanimous juice that is a top-tier example of Ahlusion's artistry that almost everyone can agree on, such as CPBT. Just a thought...

There should be a Top juice vendor poll or at-least add the votes from the top juice and see which vendor gets the most.

My wishlist is outta control, but I may just spring for some faves when they reopen with the exception of Caramel Coffee. I may go ahead and get a 30ml since it seems a lot of folks here like it and I don't think you can go wrong with Ahlusion's coffees. But I definitely need a re-up of Melon-Berry Frost, Sleigh Ride, and possibly Cranberry Autumn.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say that I would rather Ahlusion not be "awarded" the best juice of 2012 -- at least not by a semi-official thread like that. Maybe someone that does reviews that is widely respected, like Vapenstein, could do it on his own with an "It's alive award." The truth of the matter is that we already know how special our vendor is. Also, as much as it seems like a given that any business would like to gain as much profit as possible, I don't think Wlad wants a flood of new orders and new customers based on a thread like that. Somebody posted in here once (maybe NK) about how good of a business model it is to focus on the customers you have. Wlad's focus on us, and then our appreciation for him is not quite an award, but it sure as hell is a reward.

What GT said below..... When the people that do the unoffical official Best of thread, probably around December 1st lasting to the end of December, they will take all the individual juice counts and also each vendor that has a juice nominated will get a count. Say you have Mimosa Cocktail by Ahlusion, W&A Sasparilla by Ahlusion and Pearadise Dream by Ahlusion = 1 Vote each for the flavor BUT 3 Votes for Ahlusion.

I like those pocket friendly little 3's, I have quite a few from AIV. But they're one piece? Easiest way I can find to fill them is squeeze, then hold the dropper to the tip and let it suck the juice out of the dropper. NOT easy. Is there an easier way that doesn't waste juice like filling a boot first?

Why are those one piece? That is odd. I prefer to vape using 3 mL bottles. Don't know why, but I love 'em.

The dripper comes off of those little 3ml from AiV. I saved all of those I had, they're so cutesy, and perfect for sampling out.

I was so befuddled by a one piece bottle, or rather the dropper being sealed.

Yeah, I've heard you guys say that a few times, which is what got my gears turning in regards to how I'll vote when the "official" thread starts.

I'm not even sure I'd want Ahlusion to sweep the votes, it was just a random train of thought I had.

I think I will change my vote to CPBT in the official thread, though. It may not be my personal #1 most favoritest, but it's definitely up there, and I think it is a uniquely beautiful juice, and a showcase for what Ahlusion is capable of.
