So my buddy got me started on vaping a few months back at least 4 or 5, and some people might consider that new but nah. Anyway we bought some halo triton kits and started with those wich was a blast. Pretty shotty e cig at times but it didn't matter considering our inexperience and not knowing about mods. Over time I threw away the halo but immediately got back on vaping and bought a cheap haus kit from Walgreens, wich actually worked out for a while until I decided it was time for a mod. Went to the local shop and bought an itaste mvp 2.0, wich has been way better than any shotty e cig I had before. Substantial vape. No clouds, but the perfect amount for my nicotine tolerance. So anyway recently I took a trip to AZ and brought the itaste with, not thinking about bringing my haus just incase. Terrible decision, because as i got up to stand with the mvp on my lap it fell and finally broke. The battery won't read the tank, and when I screw it on it feels loose, and it can keep twisting on with no stopping. Obviously I guessed the tank was dead, until I picked up another haus to cancel the situation out, and screwed the i clear 30 into the haus battery and it works fine. Still over-screws, but vapes fine. So I have no idea if it's my battery I messed up, or the tank. So before I go and spend money on a new tank I thought I'd find that out, check if anyone has had the same experience. Also I was wondering what kind of tanks would work with the mvp. Halo triton, ego, etc. so if anyone has any answers at all let me know, because I miss the full flavor and much bigger draws I get from the Mvp. And I'm very new to the forum and don't know if I can't even get a response on this so I'll just see I guess. Thanks, peace and love, and vape on!

Welcome Knottybuds. Sounds like you knocked something loose in the MVP. Have you tried using another tank on the MVP? You should be able to use any ego or 510 threaded tank.

Hello and welcome to the forum Knottybuds. Glad to have you here!:)

If the center pin of the battery is not making a connection with the atomizer of the clearomizer/tank here is a fix for you. This usually occurs from over-tightening the tank onto the battery connector. Just make sure that if you use something conductive (metal) to pry up on the center pin that you do NOT hit the fire button while you are working on the battery. Or better yet, turn off the battery.

If you continue to have problems, buy a few spacers from MadVapes. They solve all connectivity problems. Just drop one into the 510 well of your battery and you're good to go! You can thank ECF member GinnyTx for this little tidbit!:)
