airports?

Can't decide where this should go, sorry if it has to be moved elsewhere!


But what's the crack with airports? (Uk flight to Barcelona) Can you carry any e liquid on the plane? Can you even take your vapey ON the plane?


I know you can't use them on the plane but is hand luggage ok?


Also can you only take like your vapey and no extra batteries and liquids and all that jazz?




Also will my juices and kit be sweet in my case? Those airport dudes really fling the cases about and I'm concerned about my little family of batteries and clearomizers and juices! If anything happens to them I fear blood will be shed at the airport

You'll probably want to carry all your vape gear in carry-on luggage not checked baggage.

Can't speak to UK regulations you may want to check their on-line guidance.

In the US just need to have your juice in clear plastic zip-lock bags like any other liquids. Keep your tanks in a baggy too as they tend to leak with the pressure changes. Most airlines don't want Li-On batteries in checked baggage... but will allow in carry-on.

I went from Atlanta to Germany, germany- London, london- Madrid, madrid- frankfurt, frankfurt- Atlanta and had no issues at all.

I am prepared for the worst however.

I have always 2 mods on me but take the battery out. Keep the battery close however as some dude in Germany asked me to turn it on to see it work. Probably just interested but you never know.

I have my juice in their bottle and a zipper log just in case due to the pressure inside a cosmetic bag.

So mods and batteries in a cosmetic bag and my juice in a separate bag. I have a third for. My rdas and tanks which I clean before traveling other than my cyclone and atomic which are being used on the airport.

Most don't even say anything, some want to see the mod but that's about it.

I travel in the States and Canada and have done both. I always have a mod on me with an extra tank or whatever. I put everything in plastic bags and have it in the middle of my luggage for padding.

I usually have everything in a jacket and just throw the jacket in the bins with shoes and get through the line pretty quick. My last trip they confiscated some shaving cream lol. I only had a carry on cause it was a short trip, my fault.

Carry it on. I hear that when you check it, those checking the luggage are a bit more rough. You may be able to pass the MVP off to you mother as an external charger for your phone. The tank however... Not use on that one. Juice can go in checked bags I think, as long as they aren't completely filled and you put them in a sealed, ziploc bag so leaks would be contained.

I went to Vegas in February. I put all my liquids in a Ziploc bag. I packed my Mod batteries and charger in my carry on. Sad part about it though is I didn't empty my tanks on the way there. They all leaked. (Didn't help that the guy who drove the bus in Vegas from the terminal to the rental car place just basically threw my carry on to the racks where they store the luggage on the bus) So on my way back I made sure all tanks except one were empty. I had my Mod and my one tank in my purse under my seat sucker still leaked. I believe that cabin pressure does effect the tanks.

I was in Spain recently, JFK NY to Madrid and Madrid to Gran Canaria. Check all your juice bottles in luggage, carry on all your mods and whatever you'll be vaping on the flight, if you have a kayfun make sure it's upside down during take off and landing or you might have a little leakage, I didn't believe it would help when a friend told but believe it or not it works.

Ok taking all the advice on board, am I right in saying -

1, I can take say 2 batteries and 2 clearomizers 'say' on the plane

2. Keep all liquid in plastic bags to avoid leakage due to pressure change

3. Tell the lady when I check in my bags to ask what she would like me to do?

During take off / landing if you have a tank style atomizer turn it upside down during take off and landing, not sure if it works with all tanks but I know it worked on my kayfuns, otherwise you can try to bring a dripper and a small bottle of juice and just put the juice it in your pocket, that definitely won't leak.

Will I be totally neurotic to ask the lady when I check in? Just like mention what I've got in my carry on and my case and make sure every things sorted?

Don't want delay and I also don't want anything taken from me on carry on, I will honestly snap and cry and demand to see the manager... Would rather have a smooth ride hahahaha

Even with about 60ml liquid? I'm going for a while and need my whole kit incase I don't see any vape shops :/
