hello everyone. I am hoping for some information, I started vaping about a year and a half ago and the skin on my thumb and index fingers is peeling and very raw most of the time. This started approximately a month after I started vaping. Has anyone else had this problem? I've been to a dermatologist but nothing helps. I have tried everything and every product known to man. I am desperate to find out if I have a horrible disease or am allergic to the e-liquid. I wash my hands after refilling my tank. HELP!

Are you having any issues with your breathing? It could possibly be a sensitivity to something in the juice, most likely the Propylene Glycol, but it would be strange for that to affect your skin and not your breathing since you're inhaling it. Likewise it would be strange for it to affect the skin on your finger and thumb, but not your lips which receive a lot more exposure to the liquids as you exhale.

If you're not having any problems with your breathing and no problems with the skin around your mouth and nose then it probably has nothing to do with your eliquids. Is there anything else that you are doing or coming into contact with your index finger and thumb on a regular basis? Glues, solvents, bleaches, or other chemicals?

What is the button on your mod made out of? I find it funny its only on you thumb and index finger...the ones you fire your mod with. You might be having a reaction to the metal. Skin allergies are some what common. I would try covering the button on your mod someway and use it for a few weeks and see if it clears up. Hope this helps and good luck.
