Anybody find themselves in lack of energy since they started vaping? My skin also looks like it's on an aging rant?
I have been vaping for over a year now, and these are the things I am noticing. I'm seeking vaping education on my topic. ?

Not everything is the universe is somehow vaping related!

Have you seen a Doctor in "over a year now"?

Humm, I did experience lack of energy (sleepiness) for the first two weeks but not anymore :?:
Maybe you should have a medical check up

And welcome to the forum :)

When I feel low energy at 44 I usually have eaten to late and/or ate to many high glycemic carbs, and/or not slept enough and/or haven't gone out for a 20 minute brisk walk in a while. Oh, and fall allergies can really kick my ... and make me feel tired. So I am no doctor. But a medical check up is a good idea if you haven't had one. Hope you can turn that energy around and feel healthy again. I vape every day and still can swim, jog (a mile, no more cause that would kill my knees) and chase after my three year old.

Me too! I was very flattered till I found it is the law :(

    Grey hair, check
    Wrinkles, check
    Hair loss, check
    Lower energy, check
    Lacking ......... check
Whishing for a lotto win, check

Nope things are still normal over here :)

The change in Seasons can cause dry skin, Summer cooks you with heat (dehydration), Fall has decreased humidity, lower temp, more wind(dehydrates). PG in ejuice dries out all your body tissues(dehydrates). Drink more fluids, use a good skin lotion, and pay a visit to your Dr. for a yearly check up, you might have a Vit. deficiency as suggested in a prior post. Hope your back better than normal soon. :)
