I have a provari, but it doesn't get much use nowadays. I think that was a fantastic mod when it first came out, truly a premium mod, but the people at ProVape seem to have rested on their laurels a bit too long. Also, the pricing on those don't make sense anymore. There are a lot of mods that are just as dependable, just as accurate, but are about 1/3 of the price, on top of which they have VW capabilities. I like my provari, but it's slowly becoming a relic of the past. But, I guess I'm one of those that like innovation.

Having said that, if they come out with a new type of mod, VW, with a standard 18650 batt tube (not that 18500 + you have to get an extension for 18650), I'd be one of the first to jump on it. As long as I had the money.

I would wait on the provari though. You can get the same functionality, durability, and more by paying a lot less. Those are my thoughts.

Oh no! Did you just say that the Provari isn't the greatest device, you are going to be in serious trouble friend. You can not do anything other than profess love for Provari on ECF, regardless of how well thought out and valid your reasoning may be.

well I must admit I was SOOOO very happy with the form and function of my VTR (VV VW) and I do like the box mod form alot....Kinda wishing I had purchased it from Fast tech so I would have had the 6 month warranty. Just afraid to spend another $70 on another one to have it die in 3 months
At least I have my Monneypenny and a few egos to vape on for now

Well guys I have been so happy to be home....lovin on my pets and able to Vape away and change flavors all I want, but today I killed my poor VTR, Have no idea how poor box baby just flashed and died mid vape. Oh well I still have my MonneyPenny Mech and 2 egos.
I think I need a new toy....suggestions from my vapeland friends ? think I want at least a VV unit that uses 18650' s

I love my SVD, that's a good mod in my opinion. It's telescopic so you can use anything from a 350 to a 650. I also like Volcano's LT 2.5, though I'm 99% sure that the chip they use is the same one that the Vamo uses. I just like the bigger form.

Wise Monkey speaks the truth!! I also have an SVD and love it! Very well made and dependable. I also have a Vamo 5 and like it, but I always find myself going back to the SVD. It hits consistently hard and as Monkey mentioned, the telescoping feature allows you to use an array of battery types. Also, I've seen MVP 2's at various websites for around $40 from U.S. vendors while the SVD is a few dollars less than that on Fastech, so be sure to shop around before you buy!:toast:

Morning everybody. Have lots to do around the house this morning, then will be continuing my new adventures in rebuilding. Yes, I'm taking the plunge. First coil for my PT2 came out great yesterday, but I still haven't quite got the hang of how much wick to use…so it leaked. Gonna get it right today, then learn how to use my new igo-w. Yay for Sunday and new toys!
((((Have a great day all!))))
