Change Nothing. That's what makes AIV unique....what you do now...and always have. I'm not being a fanboy here, just honest. No one out there can even come close to the quality of juice or the care and thought you put into each and every order. The other day, I decided on a whim to stop into a new vape shop that had just opened, just to look around. Nothing special....box mods, EGO's, various tanks, etc. Typical stuff...BUT...the juice lines they were carrying were all the very High-end Boutique brands. I will not name them because I'm not sure if this forum would allow it, but to give you a little hint....one brand was named after a rabbit that wants to kill itself (hint)....another brand was named after a cartoon basketball game that took place in space (hint)....another after several small chess pieces (hint)...etc.

Anyway......they had testers for all the juices...so being the scientist...I tested. I was currently vaping Twas Brillig....removed my tank and put on the first tester....I didn't get it. Really? A juice that sells for $29.95 for a 30ml bottle....a juice that EVERYONE seems to rave about.....a juice that is supposed to be all that and a bag of chips.....couldn't even come close to the quality and flavor of the juice I had in my tank. I tasted more...and all the same, no comparison. I offered the person there a taste of what I had....they were blown away and wanted to know where I got it. I gave them the info and left. I can say with certainty that AIV is one of the highest quality juices out there....and don't be fooled by any hype by any other vendor.

I'll get down from my soapbox now.....but don't change. To quote a song from Billy Joel "Don't go changin'...to try to please me..." Aiv is a great company, and part of what makes you so special is the mystic involved in the anticipation of getting the order, wondering what's in the package that's coming, and knowing that what's inside is the best of the best. We love you just the way you are.....

This is a tough question because I love so much of AiV just the way it is. I think the limited order frame works toward the mystique and story behind AiV so this I would not change. Of course there are times that I wish I could speed up time for packages to arrive but this also lends itself to keeping it a treat. If you go for an ice cream sundae every night it will not be long before it is no longer a treat, ya know. I don't think I need to say that I am head over heals with most of the liquids you offer so no changes there especially since you have already added the Mathom Drawer. I love the drip tips, and although it is always fun to see brand specific items I like that your concentration is on your liquid and not all over the place trying to satisfy an itch that may be better off scratched elsewhere. With that said, the only thing I would think people would like to see is something you have said you are working on in your FAQ (not sure how long ago this was said) and that is...."We source only diacetyl-free ingredients. We are in the process of acquiring laboratory testing of our juices and hope to make these results available to you soon!" I think having this information (the lab report part) available for your customers is a positive direction as it gives them a chance to decide for themselves what their personal risk is and be in control of whatever they believe about these issue as we understand them at this point. It also seems to be the way of the future within this great land of vape. I sure hope I have not stepped over any lines here, because in all honesty I think AiV as a whole is mucho wonderful!!!!

I did manage to get an order in this week. Some were re-orders but a couple are new ones for me — Sweet Tease and Single Bedroom Apartment. Two each so one for now and one to take on my trip. Always excited to try something new.

Hi Jah — thanks for giving us the opportunity to provide input. My first order with AiV was back in December of 2013. If your online hours and delivery timeframe bothered me I would have moved on a long time ago. Suffice it to say that I like what AiV does. For new customers though the online hours and shipping timeframe may be a turn off enough so to cause them to go elsewhere to purchase ejuices.

Jode mentioned the Diacetyl testing and posting of the test results. For me this is more important and should include in addition to Diacetyl, Acetyl Propionyl and Acetoin. I won’t get into the details of the recent testing that a UK B&M undertook as many of you may have already read about it. The end result is that the B&M pulled 5 Pawns off their shelves. This has lead to threads listing diketone free vendors especially those that post the results on their website. In addition, other vendors that carry third party ejuices have been testing as well and posting results on their website (Vapor Shark as an example). Whether they decide to pull a particular brand or not, they are posting the results and the consumer can decide for themselves whether they will continue to vape a specific brand or not.

I was most hesitant to suggest this as it is highly controversial right now and I am really against making it mandatory for a vendors to test, but I also think the vendor that is showing respect for their customers want to be informed, is a smart one. For me personally, although I do understand the issues, I think it is still too soon to fully understand exactly what levels of these things pose a possible harm, so I only see doing this (having lab results available) as a path to the future of understanding better without the interference of a group that would impose harsher regulations then we want or need.

The packaging was whimsical to say the least and I cannot say enough good things about the amount of love and attention to detail that was put inside this box. Then I tried two flavors (so far). The Tokala and Crunkberry. I am absolutely amazed by the depth of flavor. These juices are delicious. I finally understand why everyone here raves about them. I could honestly go on and on about it right now, but the wife just turned the lights off and gave me that "it's time to sleep" look... Soooo to be continued! (As she nudges me repeatedly with her elbow)

Yes, I must say more. I know many times I must sound like a love struck teen when I speak about the deliciousness that is found inside each little bottle of AiV liquid, but I do also take vaping very serious. My one year vapeversary is coming up in August, yet every morning I still remind myself what a miracle it is to have such a wonderful option to do one of the hardest things on earth for me. When I speak of my thoughts about one of my lovely little gems in a bottle, what I am really saying is that I am ever so grateful that AiV has given me a chance to not only increase the quality of my life by allowing me to breath better and feel better but they let me do so in a style that literally brings tears to my eyes. I could vape unflavored liquid and still stay away from cigs, but having these outstanding flavors brings the joy of saving my life to a whole new level and that joy, my friends, is AiV. I think if those that play into the fear mongering about vape could see what is in our hearts they would get it. We are not a fad!!!! We are saving our lives and we are doing it with flavor that is provided for us with love.

Right now, I am that way with Four Square. So in love. I need to get a new set up just for this little beauty so I have it at the ready along side my Bombana and FFF. I have a set up that I use to switch between the rest of my AiV favs and that is always a tough choice as to what will be the flavor of the day for it. Tokala? My Afternoon Tea? Maybe a little Hot Waffle? Oh wait Lemon Loves Cake? The list goes on. Oh my what a happy dilemma that is!!!

Faster shipping is all, the new hidden room has me thrilled to pieces. I was also awfully intrigued by the idea of the limited edition Raven, although that was before my time, maybe an occasional limited run of something odd?

Thanks for the suggestion! Just the other day, Nicole and I were talking about possibly doing some super limited edition juice releases. I think it would be fun, I just hate to have somebody fall in love with a juice they cant get again so I really need to figure out a way to keep everyone happy. How about a AiV DIY mix... that would be neat to have a base and multiple flavors to pick from to create something new and special... other then speed on ship I love it. Having only a couple days a week to order I think makes it more exciting instead of just being another online vape juice company.. you guys do so well with customizing orders and everything you do I wouldn't change much to be more like the mainstream... keep on being the special AiV I have come to love since my first cloud ;-)

Maybe a ADV bottle throw a 120ml in the mix.

That is the biggest compliment we could ever receive. There have been times where I question how we do things and your praise is always the best reassurance I could ever have. Whenever we make a new juice I ask Nicole, Do you think (Palodian's real name) and (insert palodian's wife's name) will like this? LOL. You two have been a inspiration to us all here at AIV. Nicole and I will be testing our juices (and ingredients) and showing the results so we can be as transparent as possible with our Vapelandians. While I trust our supplier, his test results and reassurances, I need to have our own set of tests done that we can share with our Vapelandians. We talked to a lab earlier this week and hope to get things moving quickly. I will keep you all updated as we make progress on this urgent matter.
