You guys have to let me know if the apple pie has a cinnamon taste. I cant do juices that have ginger or cinnamon. You are right though at worst the juices are okay an at best you cant live without them. I have no idea what i am going to do when i run out of love birds. I just dont know.

I am just the opposite — hoping there is just enough cinnamon in it that I can taste. Not sure about the Pecan Pi though. Just hope it is not overly sweet.

My double pi arrived today (fun spray paint on the box too). I'm not going to try them for a week or two but first impression is the pecan pie smells exactly as expected. The apple pie DOES has a hint of cinnamon but I cannot vouch for the strength yet. The apple pie has a bit of an alcohol smell so I'm leaving them caps off overnight. Also take my sense of smell with a grain of salt as I'm still weaning off of cancer sticks at a rate of about a pack a week and I ordered with max vg.

EXTREMELY disappointed with aiv. I love thier juice and have for years, but they have tested positive for diacetyl and they know it since at least 9/15, and yet they still have "all natural diacetyl free" on thier website. I feel like I was lied to. Colorful ribbons, prompt responses, and fancy boxes don't make up for lying about your ingredients! Shame on you Alice in Vapeland. I am not a troll and this information comes directly from Brandon himself. So sad about this as they were my favorite juice in the world and I sent so many people there over the years.

Can you elaborate, who is brandon, who did they test with, and which flavors?

Brandon is thier "jaberwocky" which I guess is thier playful term for lead customer service rep. I don't know this forums policy on posting email addresses so I will hold off on posting it, but his email is available on thier website and I was referred to him when asking if they had lab results on thier Facebook page. They did not specify whom did the testing, but seeing as this information came directly from them I did not see fit to question it. Of all thier flavors, they only bothered testing 2, one of which i beleive a quiet morning was clean, and the other, zombie apocalypse my adv tested positive for 5 ppm of diacetyl! Look right on thier website and it says they use all natural diacetyl free ingredients. I was shocked and saddened that they of all vendors would do this, I always loved them in every way. They are so good with customer service and seemed like they cared about providing the best experience possible to thier customers but obviously not.

Brandon replaced Hannah. I am surprised that Brandon would make such a statement.
As was I!
Of course he was prompt and polite as always with aiv. he said they were very pleased with the the results and the diacetyl found was very low amounts. He attached a chart that did not say who the lab was and did not show results for acetoin
I replied back that they basically are leaving themselves open for a lawsuit by making a false claim knowingly since at least September of last year, and that they should be proactive in putting a correction on their website/Facebook so people are aware and can choose for themselves if they want to put things in their body.

Again I can't stress enough I have no other problems with them and think their juice and service are top notch, but a big reason I selected them was that I felt their claims were true and it turns out they weren't. They are a big enough and good enough vendor to have proper test results clickable next to all their juices and just be honest about them diketones or not.

I'd like to see them do the right thing here so I can once again enjoy their marvelous products.

Ok, back from doing a little research, didn't realize ppm meant parts per million. 5ppm is such a small amount, I would liken it to a product labeled as fat free when in face it does have a trace amount of fat.
In addition if you are that concerned with toxic chemicals you probably shouldn't be vaping anything at all since lab testing isn't set up to test for every single ingredient nor have all the various additives been tested for toxicity when inhaled. This is all fairly new, and science has yet to determine exactly what, if any, of the ingredients can cause bodily harm when vaporized and inhaled.

Sorry but that is BS. There are plenty of juices with NO diacetyl at all, and plenty with less than 5.04 ppm. 5 ppm is about average for a juoce containing diacetyl, see results here

I have no issue with the results as long as they stop advertising as diacetyl free since they are obviously not. Obviously the verdict is not in on everything yet, but diacetyl and AP are known to be toxic right now and I feel lied to. If they want to put "contains small a amounts of diacetyl" on thier website instead of "diacetyl free" I'd be fine with that, but that is not the case. We all have our own individual risk tolerance and that's fine. This is deliberately false info being used to sell a product. Also I would add that we are not talking about fat here, but toxic chemicals that could be harmful in even very small amounts.

@Mr2manycars - Your posts are pretty much repetitive and add no value. If you are so bothered with it why don’t you pick up the phone and call them or get over it.
How are you not bothered by then lying about thier ingredients? Would it bother you if they were lying about sanitation practices in thier lab? I shouldn't have to "get over it", it's fraud. Also I have already contacted them and they did not respond further or change thier claims, leaving me no choice but to go to the ecf community. If this were some new relatively unknown vendor would you be backing them up on this? Would you be attacking someone who alerted fellow vapers to fraudulent claims? Really?

I have a feeling that since neither you or I are chemists there is something that is getting lost in translation. I suggest you stop vaping AIV. :)

Dude nothing is getting lost in translation, and you don't need to be a chemist to see that they are lying on thier site. I have already stopped using aiv juices and will not re order until they correct thier website. Posting knowingly false claims is the kind of behavior that gives the anti vape crowd more ammo to have the fda come in and shut down good vendors and give the industry to big tobacco. Look at these two examples of class actions recently and tell me how is this any different.
