I had a fantastic time dealing with this company, they promptly replied to my request for information regarding diacetyl (they are diacetyl FREE) in the juice.
More importantly I misordered one of the juices but noticed right away my mistake...I sent an email out asking him if he could correct the MG content of one of the bottles and received conformation that night that he had taken care of it for me.
The juices were great...I hear they are dekang based flavors but if that is the case he must have keebler elves doing something over there as this tastes better than any dekang I have ever had. The Irish cream is amazingly true to its name tasting just like baileys Irish cream even having a wiff of the alcohol flavor in it.
The website is easy enough to manage and I actually put my help request through the website something I rarely do. I normally just use the email address listed...but I did it here and it worked
