I have a question.. these fit in ego style threading right? I recall my battery having both ego and 510 threading but the first MT3 I recieved from them doesn't even fire. Bad connection perhaps?

Try raising the battery post on the Kanger OR the battery a tad.

This video describes the post on an ego, but, the concept is the same for the Kanger.
