Thank you for your ongoing contests. I always look at the vendor's e-liquids and if I need hardware it's usually Clearomisers and replacement heads for my Vivi Nova's by Vision or the I Smoka. Shipping is a huge factor.

I look at the clearomizer section and you guys have two choices and batteries (under the 18650 there is no description about the battery) is it regulated? non regulated? I like the prices on your kits but I did not check the shipping costs. Hope you guys do well with your business!!! Thanks

Thank you for the contest! Lately, 18500/18490 batteries have been an item I've had trouble finding on sites that have the rest of what I like. Unfortunately, this isn't an item currently stocked from what I can tell. Overall the stock is quite extensive so I have no right to come off as critical but that's an item I'd like to see.

I totally understand the shipping part, it can be more expensive to ship the items than the actual cost of the item. On our site we charge a flat rate of shipping of $12.00. If the actual shipping is less than $12.00 we give you an in store credit for that amount. If the shipping is over the $12.00 you win, we absorb the extra cost.

For me it's mechs and mods. I'm very impressed with the prices. I looked at the v3 and am honestly surprised how low it is. Finally a vendor with reasonable profit margins not gouging with 400% markup.
