The first thing I look at is shipping information and charges. It doesn't matter how inexpensive an item is if the shipping cost is high or the vendor does not ship in a timely fashion. Your shipping cost is great for a large purchase but I might be concerned with it if I am only placing a small order, especially first time.

If the shipping cost me less than the $12.00 you receive an in store credit towards your next purchase. So even if it is a small order you win lol
