Not saying it will work for everyone and fill all roles. But if you want a small profile device to take out for short trips (store, dinner, whatever), it definitely got the job done. Throw a 510 atomizer or carto on it and it'll be fine until you get back to your home.
It also works fine if you're willing to take a few batteries with you for extended use.
Different people are looking for different things in a device, you know?

I always wanted the 10440 for its looks alone. Its so beautiful, even if it has its limitations, I would have wanted it if only to take it out for a nice night on the town to match that elegant evening gown.

I am not saying that a P+10440 isn't sexy, it is.......................But I just cant live with the weak vape, plus the fact that you will need to carry 2-4 extra batteries depending on how long you are out.....
I look at the 10440 like that " sexy " arm candy girlfriend, beautiful, elegant, but ........... You dont really want to "get rid of her" but shes kinda nice to keep around and take out once in a while so you can say "Ahhhhhh"

I didn't, I got a nice vape out of it with a 1.5 or 2 ohm HH 357.
My OG 10440 (early 2010 version) is the only Super T PV I've owned that went bye-bye rather fast!
Don't get me wrong, it was well made Super T perfection but like Riverboat has said the vape was horrid! I do realize that had nothing to do with the PV but man that tiny little battery just flat out sucked!

Hahahaha.. True and I honestly had forgotten all about that..
But yes my brain now remembers.. Someone came out with a ultra low 2.5ohm 510 atomizer and everyone though it was the bomb!

I sold my p+10440, I have been dealing with sellers remorse every since. this topic isn't helping. mine performed, but let's face it, all our worries about battery safety and what not 10440 doesn't cut it. 1 no vents. 2 amp rating on a 10440 is what about 3? 3rdly battery life isn't great. sleek device, hard hitting, but not practical for me.
I took mine to the casino for a poker tournament.....I had 3 extra batteries with me, needless to say after 8 hours I was vaping on fumes..... No remorse for me, I was glad to get rid of it no matter how sexy it was. If I don't use it-I lose it!!!
These days I like all my mods to run on 18xxx series batteries......18350 is a bare minimum battery IMO...

I loved the look of my OG P10, but the performance of a 10440 battery is definitely subpar. I always carried 4-5 batteries with me. I do miss that thing every once in a while though. Here was mine along side a P16 that I ended up giving to a friend.
