all my gear fits my ego twist...what do I need to get for it to fit a Vammo?

Will I need an adapter and do they fair well? Or will I need to buy new hardware to fit the Vamo?

Everything should fit fine.

But the threading is different. Mine is a male connection and the vamo is female threaded.

the vammo has 510 threading as well as ego cone threading. The only thing so far that I have found that does not work are the kanger t3's and that is because they are too big to fit into the well of the vammo. If you have a 510 to ego adapter then they work fine.
