All the differn't Electric Cigs

I've been wondering just what is the differences between all the Electric Cigarettes.As I look around the shops, none of them seem to have a description of anything about them. So if anyone could point me to a link, or maybe explain just what is the differences between a Joye510 and a a Joye Ego for example. And the other most popular types of E-Cigs. I would really appreciate it.

That's a reasonable and easy question to ask, but unfortunately a comprehensive answer is very long and not entirely objective. The main difference between the 510 and Ego is battery life and the Ego battery is a little fatter more of a cigar shape. Most get 6-8 hours or more off an Ego charge and maybe a couple of hours or less off a 510 charge. You'll quickly forget about the size difference which is still small once you don't have the frustration of having to charge batteries several times a day.
