Oh, Boy... I'm pretty new to vaping, so I'd really be in a pickle - I'd get as many Mods as I could get my hands on, a load of BWB to tide me over - and possibly send Don a bribe for the recipies in case - a half dozen RoughStack Switchs, just in case. Supplies and batteries for all of the above... Total bill... Yikes! Still way less than I would have spent on Analogs! lol OH, crap and a whole bunch of duel coil 501 cartos...

+1 for six. I would order as much of the stuff I love to use but whether it looks pretty or not, with the proper wire for a coil, the rest can be done in a true DIY way. Everything from extracting nicotene to the flavoring to the power sources.

Human beings are too resilient a species. They'd have to stop selling batteries, flash lights, wood carving or metal lathes and many, many food products to even make a real dent in the ones that wanted to vape.

Like when the US tried to ban alcohol with prohibition in the 20th century, all they did was drive it "underground". Same with countries banning firearms. In some of the tribal regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan, you can find hand made, fully functional AK-47 and AK-74 assault rifles made by people that have never even read a book. ;-)
