i think i am allergic to the PG in vaping. i really like the mix of 40vg/60pg, but i always get congested and a headache all of a sudden, it only started last week. what do you think?

i have also ordered some just at 80vg/20pg. do you think that will help me?

What mg are you using?
I get a sudden mild headache from too much nicotine.
I started with high VG and it made me feel congested with a heavy feeling in my lungs.
Some flavors give me problems too.

You will need to experiment, as many of us have done. PG allergies are common. I have allergies to different flavor ingrediants also. What I did was to start with 100% vg and slowly added flavors and/or PG level. Now I find that I can vape 50/50. It is all trial and error

i'm vaping 12mg.....maybe that could be it. the weird thing is, 5 minutes after i stop vaping my symptoms go away.

Hard telling at this point your still going threw all sorts of stuff from not smoking.

I don't know what to make of that. An allergic reaction problem wouldn't disappear within 5 minutes of stopping.

yeah, its really weird. its not going to stop me from vaping.

i've always been a water drinker, so i know that isn't the problem.

i wonder if it has to do with the medications i am on...(cancer fighter here)

Could be. Nicotine also raises blood pressure which might make you feel short of breath.
