Okay. So I am new to vaping and I really want to stick with this rather than the other. But I am having some issues.
I tried an ecig with PG. The next day, I had a dry, scratchy throat, itchy eyes, stuffy nose/head, etc. It felt like my allergies were acting up like they would on a day where pollen is heavily in the air.
I thought this was an allergic reaction. Therefore, I tried an ecig with VG instead. Midday, the same thing was happening.

I am not typically a person who is allergic to anything. How can I be allergic to both? Are these allergies or just what it takes to get use to vaping???

I only use VG liquid, because PG gave me similar symptoms (blocked sinuses, as if I had a cold). Even with VG, initially I suffered bad mouth/tongue ulcers, which I solved by changing to a wide-mouth drip-tip (so the jet of vapour is not concentrated in one spot in my mouth). Drinking water or something else while vaping also helps, as the nicotine is washed away and is not acting as an irritant.

Perhaps not enough time has yet passed since you used the PG, and you still have the symptoms. Also, overdoing the vaping (chain-vaping) can cause these symptoms regardless of whether you use PG or VG, try not to do it full-time (though I sometimes don't follow my own advice).
