Briefly describe your problem or issueI have tried to get in touch with this company repeatedly now since the 10th of July. They will not return emails or reply to their "live chat" on their web page. I finally filed a claim through PayPal on 7/21/2014 and they provided a tracking# that seems to be invalid.
