hey all

im having trouble with a burnt taste that i cant seem to get rid of.

im using 85% pg 15% vg juice

it seems that the only way i can avoid the burnt taste is to have a couple of dry puffs in between each normal puff and even that doesnt always work.

im using everything that came with the ego-t starter kit, both attys are the same. ive tried different tanks and get the same result.

if i add a couple of drops directly at the wick and leave it a few minutes its ok for a couple of puffs but then goes back to a burnt taste.

is there much i can do or do i just have to deal with it?

vapour production is on par with my old riva 510

The juice is probably not wicking fast enough. T's and C's don't like thick liquid.

You can try the following:

Thin the liquid by decreasing the % of VG or add water or PGA. (I actually use pure PG thinned with 10% PGA and it works great and no leaks)
Lower the wick very slightly in the spike.
Push a very thin needle between the wick and spike to allow a freer flow. (Be careful not to push the wick down inside the spike when doing this)
Continue with the dry puffs between regular puffs.
