Wow I was able to get some SR fusion punched cartos about 40 minutes ago. Guess i was lucky. They usually sell out within an hour.
What were you looking to buy?
I'm surprised the Plat Standard Punch and Plat Standard cartos are still in stock right now. Makes me feel like I should have bought more, but desire gives way to budget.

That's what happens when you sell the best. You gotta be on your toes. Feel lucky, I didn't even know stock had come in but I didn't need anything anyway.
Yeah you gotta jump on this stuff. Personally I think vendors are being cautious with the pending FDA BS happening. I wouldn't order a billion cartos either at this point. I was lucky, I was sitting at my computer when the email came in and kept hitting refresh, scored a good supply.
Yeah I guess. It's just a cartomizer. It's not like my other cartomizers that are always in stock are that bad. It's definitely not worth sitting around watching their stock like a hawk to pounce on it. My time is worth more than that to me. Already annoyed I got the email then went over to research what I wanted to buy and bam, out of stock. Wasted my time.
That's great that it's the best but it's a $2 cartomizer. I have better things to do with my life.
It's their business they can run it how they see fit but it seems to me there is a reason why successful companies use minimum quantities when they have limited stock, so they don't annoy people and lose future business with them.

Just playing devils advocate here but if you got better things to do,,, why are you posting about it. Lol
Because it annoyed me and wasted my time. It's worth my time to voice my concern.
The rule is, you can't just sit around once you get the back in stock email.
stock is rapidly dwindling fast as we speak.
More stock has already been placed on order and paid for. We will incorporate and old quantity rule once the stock is replenished with a set limit.
If you have all the time in the world to sit on the internet and whine, you have time to respond to a stock notification in a timely manner. What is it with people who feel the need to blame everyone else but themselves for their issues?
I finally scored some 510 Fusions, and I'm very, very happy. I gotta say, though, seeing them in stock felt kinda like a close encounter or a Big Foot sighting or something. For a second, I was really torn between the need to get my order in fast and the desire to call someone to come look

jwark... and All! This is not any different then any other high quality/super high demand product in our vaping world. When they become available, you have to be ready to fire. That's just the way it is for some things. We all know that. And probably, for most of us, because we learned the hard way as you just did. But bashing the place doesn't help anything. Just be ready next time or don't bother.
And another thing that a lot of folks may not know about is that IKV may be still "recovering" from a massive BS bulldozer piece 'o crap rip off that did his business major damage financially and other ways.
I'm sure that Isaac will get his orders rolling again so that we can see our favorite cartos on a fairly regular basis. They were always in high demand. And you always wanted to have plenty in stock just in case, because they did get sold out. But, it was never this bad and you could usually find what you wanted when you wanted. Or at least another kind, close to your favorite.

Wow, according to the twitter feed on their website, they had 19,000 "back in stock" email notifications go out, it's no wonder they sold out so fast. Being down to 1 last platinum punch, I picked up 15 more this go around because I knew they'd be gone in a flash. I just happened to be sitting in front of my email client when the notification rolled in.
I hope this is just a rush to get product after the Chinese new year and that their stock will become more stable over the coming weeks.

Allright well maybe I was too harsh. If he was financially damaged and couldn't order enough because of it then I can be understanding of that. I don't think I'm completely out of bounds feeling that my time was wasted, though.
Totally understand your frustration. Been there... done that... On a few things in our vaping world. Some that "go" much faster than an hour. Right? And, yes, it is a waste of time. But.. If you know the game, you have a much better chance of not wasting your time. Expecially here at IKV as long as your fairly near a computer and not broke (sorry saw! Been there too!), you have a fairly good chance of getting what you want. But you HAVE to know what you want before you get that email. I guarantee you this. You won't regret it if you give it another chance and score.
AND I'm sure it is going to get better/easier as Isaac rebuilds.They may be $2.00 cartomizers but in the end you get $20.00 of use out of one because they last so long. When I started using them I gave away over 200 of the inferior ones because they were disappointing. It's just up to the individual what they want t vape with.
Also if you would have done a minimal of research you would have found the reason for the shortage is he is recouping from a very large loss (like about $90,000) that he got stung for and business isn't back to snuff. If you want to vape inferior products go ahead, more power to you. Have a nice day.

I get 3-4 days out of a BOGE/Kanger if I am LUCKY with the way I vape. I get 1-2 days from a SMOK. I get about 10 days from an IKV. I'd probably get more if I wasn't so OCD. I used to get 7-8 days use out of an atomizer before I killed it/started to underperform.
Even with the huge increase in international shipping, the approx. cost of 3 dollars a cartomizer now is still a freakin' steal in my book.
