Something fishy going on at wizard labs?!?!?

Received an email at 9:09pm saying 100mg nic was in stock. When to the website right then maybe 9:15 or so and it said out of stock. I kid you not 6 mins after I received the email they were not only out of stock but for the 500ml bottle it said -2 in stock. I have been a long time loyal customer to Wizard labs and have ordered their numerous times. I will not bash this company because customer service and quality of product are always second to none But enough is enough already.

Did any of you guys have a similar experience???

They sent the email sometime about 8:15 pm my time---I ordered at 8:20 my time. While I understand the frustration, they just got done processing orders that had them 20 days behind. I think they only allowed a certain number of orders to control the chaos so to speak of what occured last time and had the website stop accepting orders after a certain amount. They are that popular. I don't think it has anything to do with product available at this point but keeping up with massive amount of orders. Most nic vendors are experiencing some delays and high volume order right now. Has nothing to do with going downhill but more with people stockpiling.

According to someone else on the one of the other threads it took 57 minutes for the nic to go out of stock. Sounds like you got the email an hour later.

I had a feel in that was going to happen sucks!!! I ordered some from xtream vaping I believe it was on Tuesday last week , by Friday it was in my hands mind you there in new Jersey and I'm in L.A. its a few bucks more but crystal clear and clean nic.. I also was wanting to try wizard but i ran out in the wait so was hurting.. I still want to try dome for sure!!

Sorry, Juice. The website got dog piled immediately after it reopened and Wizard Labs decided to offer only a limited amount on this reopening. I am hopeful that they will be caught up soon because of their decision to not allow too many orders at one time. They also said on the website that they only allowed for all PG or all VG to help the new staff they are training move the product out faster.

yes, happened to me tonight too. I am guessing they are holding back on the orders so they can keep up. I know a lot of their customers have been waiting so this way they can just take orders for what they can fill and not stay so far behind. I put those things in my cart and when I went back they are not in stock so I didn't get to place my order. I am thinking I may go ahead and get the things I need this time from somewhere else and give them time to dig out of the backlog. I love their service and packing so I hate to do it but I am thinking this may take them a bit to get a grip.

I saw they re-opened and got excited. Then I remembered I just switched banks and haven't received my new debit card and the fact I still have about 240ml of ICE left....I can wait

Had I known they'd be selling nic juice today I would've saved like 40 dollars :X
I made small order on friday, nic juice from another supplier, and a big order today ... meh, I ordered 4 60ml 60mg nic bottles along with enough flavorings, pg, vg, and bottles to make like 600ml of juice. Ill keep the PG nic juice in the freezer and crack one open as I need to.
