I placed an order with Alternasmokes recently. I ordered:

Cola
Banana
Orange Smoothie
All shipped quickly, all bottles came in a pharmacy bottle as well as a bit of padding that would fit, plus the envelope itself was padded. I thought that was excellent of Steve to get the padding properly done.
When I had a question, he responded promptly, and the rest of the communication I had with him, he responded exactly when he said he would. Very nice guy to deal with.
Only tried mango so far, flavor was absolutely excellent. Best one I've tried other than Totally Wicked's decadent mango, and a bit cheaper as well.
