I placed an order with them last week for an itaste MVP and a 10ml of their RY4 to try out. Shipping was fairly quickly but when I opened my order I noticed the mg on the juice was 6mg, I had ordered 24mg. So I got on their website and filled out a ticket. Got a quick response from Amanda telling me they would send out the right mg juice asap. I received that early this week and to my surprise they sent me 30ml instead of the 10ml I originally ordered. Great customer service and quick communication. They just earned a repeat customer. Thanks ivape!
