So i got the bsb and used the hell out of it, worked great, no problems, kept me off the nasty analogs. and then one day my bsb started to freak out, one min its vaping, then next it wasn't. looked at every thing, carto, atty, batteries, every thing was fine. (disclaimer, i haven't heard of this happening to anyone else) i looked in the atty connector and saw some thing funny. the oring that sealed the atty connector from the battery was falling apart. i thought to myself, well this sucks, my bsb is broken, now what am i going to do. i thought about it for about 2 or 3 weeks and figured i'd contact rob at altsmoke and see if any thing could be done. he said sent it in and it would get fixed. i did and bam, it was fixed. long story short, my bsb is fixed(although i think it was just replaced with another one, didn't matter to me, i had a working bsb) i'm still vaping away and i just can't say enough good things about the service from altsmoke. i've even started buying all of my cartos from them(yup, the yeti's) just because of the service and the fact that the yeti's are killer. i've even beat them up with 2 16340's on another one of my mods and they just keep working great, but thats another thread in another section.
bottom line, when you find someone who provides this kind of great service, you stick with them. nothing is prefect in this world, things happen, things break. its the service after the sale that keeps customers like me going back to the same venders over and over again.
