Hi folks. I ordered about 5 atomizers from a Chinese supplier a couple of months ago. I ordered them as extras and didn't try any of them until yesterday. Well, guess what? The one I used yesterday started off great, then by today, I was drawing so hard on it, my eye balls were popping out.

So, I put another new atomizer on: Same thing. It worked great for an hour, and then, NOTHING. No vapor, no sizzling, nothing. It is DEAD. This is the first time an atty actually just completely died immediately.

I will never buy in bulk again. SCREW that. From now on, I am only buying from Janty, and I am going to use their warranty system. I will buy two or three atomizers, and when they stop working, I'm sending them back for replacements.

I am sick and tired of buying defective products from Chinese suppliers. And then if you say you have a problem, they run away from you and try not to help you out. They may help you a couple times to gain your trust, but after that, forget about any assistance.

I am with you on that one! I had 5 attys go out on me within 5 minutes! 1 puff and they were dead! A lot of money down the drain. I could understand IF they lasted at least 1 week but to get 1 puff on a atty and have it go out is unheard of.

How does Janty's warranty work? i never ordered from them

Most suppliers have a 7-10 day warranty on attys, but if you order 10-20-30 attys, how are you suppose to know if there are any issues within 7-10 days? Does one plan on using all 10-20-30 attys at once? No!

Janty has a 6 month warranty on atomizers. I don't know the exact details, but if it breaks or doesn't perform well, they replace it for 6 months or something. I thought that was dumb originally, because they are more expensive, and I didn't want the hassle of having to send things back, but I have changed my mind. I've had enough of this crap. Plus, theirs are supposed to be made to a higher standard and have better components, according to them.

I was just getting happy because the last few atomizers I had lasted for a long time, so I thought things were improving, but it's obvious they haven't.

Have you used Healthcabin's warranty?
No. I never had to. I did have an atty die but for one atty it is not worth the shipping. Most everything I have came from them though and has all held up thus far. That's why I was asking you because the last order I did order enough attys to make it worth while to send them back. I didn't see anything in their legal section except to mail them back for warranty. What did they say? I had been ordering my attys from US dealers and the warranty sucks (I barely get 2 weeks out of any atty). It came down to Janty or China and Janty seems to have to many loopholes on their legal page. The only attys I had from Health Cabin are the 4 from my 2 original kits that I bought and those other ones I just mainly use when I loan my 510s to possible converts.

I have never had any bad luck with any China supplier. I have always had good service with them. You do have to be polite and have respect, and they will give it back. If you are rude, they don't want you, it is disrespecting them. Never a good thing with the Chinese. Remember that all of you standard supplies for any supplier comes from China. Unless it is a MOD.

Hope this helps!

Yeah, well wait until you have a problem with Healthcabin, and they don't reply to your emails, and pretty much make you wait, with the hopes that you're going to forget about it if they ignore you long enough.

And then they say your package never arrives, and refuse to refund you or give you replacements, and you have to email back and forth for months.

That's been my experience, and I spent a TON of money there.

The Chinese suppliers make everything look great, and they gain your trust, and then when there is an actual serious issue, they play games and try to blame you for it.

So from now on, I will only order from American or European companies.

That all American suppliers are honest and all Chinese rip you off has to be one of the most naive things I've ever read.

We have many top notch Chinese suppliers here on these forums, with many, many satisfied customers. Their representatives post and answer questions here. Many folks seem to be on a first name basis too. A few have their own sub forums.

I have always bought from Heaven Gifts and have never had a problem with them not replacing defective parts. I don't know about Health Cabin. It doesn't cost much to send the part back -- they say to ship it the cheapest way possible -- and they just put the replacements in with my next order.

One thing I don't understand is why US suppliers offer only a piddling warranty when they surely get at least 6 mos from China suppliers just like we do. Or, like Janty, charge double the price to get a decent warranty. I guess they just don't want to mess with it.

Yeah, on that UK/US buying thing--just bought some stuff from Totally Wicked, and got totally scammed. The product looks great, but their web info is very misleading (false advertising I call it), so I'll have to spend $13.00 more, to make a $17.00 part work. AND I'll have to wait a week to get it!
Oh yeah, they say they're in FL, but I got nipped $1.50 on my card for Int transaction...LOL!
I hate buying off the web!

Find a good and honest U.S.A. supplier that has reasonable prices and customer service, and stick with them. Why send more of our money to China when their economy is booming and the U.S. economy is in the toilet? This pertains to all kinds of products. I just bought a pair of mittens manufactured just 350 miles from me. I paid more than imported ones but I know they are made well and will last me a long time. Is it really worth saving maybe 5 or 10 dollars a month on vaping supplies? I'm just saying...

I deal with Heaven Gifts on a regular basis. I once sent them a defective atty that I didn't even buy from them ( I didn't mean to send that one to them) Wayne still replaced it for me. How many other suppliers would do that?

I have wondered that myself. I know several of the US suppliers that are selling products from either HealthCabin or Heaven Gifts and only offer a one week warranty. To me that is just wrong on every level.

Most Chinese suppliers (even the popular ones such as HG and Cabin) will require you to return the parts and then ship replacements in your next order. This can be read on their website. Note that all shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer so if you don't make a new order, the return shipping is on you!. Its not scamming. Its a business. They sell cheap and charge high shipping. Is that a scam? No, its a business strategy. The same with other sellers selling at high prices but offers a longer warranty. Its dollars and cents at the end of the day.

I still stick to Chinese sellers and my vendor of choice is Absolutelyecigs.com. I don't need to send anything back to them. As long as i am not being ridiculous about my claims, i always get my replacements in my next order. Once again, i don't need to send anything back. This is a great convenience for me. Of course, i could go with the official policy of returning the parts back and they will replace it for me (return shipping paid by them). I can totally live with that!

I order 801 attys (BE112 low-bridge $5.90) from BestECig all the time, if you pay the extra postage delivery is within a week, price still cheaper than US suppliers. When it comes right down to it, don't almost all supplies come from China?
Seems the 801 attys themselves are not quite up to the par they used to be??? Sometimes they come with the coil wicking sticking out from under the bridge (I got some of those from MVStore as well, had to return for replacements)
and they sure seem to scorch and taste burned easier than they did before. So far the ones from BEC are fine, knock on wood. I use the Janty Stick.
Are some perhaps knock-offs from original manufacturer? I hate it when an atty needs to be thrown out after a day of use.
Anyone else noticed this???
