I have always been the allergy kid, I am allergic to everything so with all the talk about the PG causing reactions I felt I should pick up a couple flavors in VG-
I was having no adverse reaction to the PG not even the normal scratchy begginers sore throat but as soon as I started vaping the VG my throat got dry and scratchy and in general I just felt bad.
But I went back to the PG and all of that went away.

Has anyone else had a problem with the VG or is it just me?

Some people are just allergic to the PG so I understand your choice of VG to avoid that altogether. You probably had a bad experience with the straight VG because it just tends to dry you out so quickly. Personally I mix with 50/50 or 70/30 PG to VG ratios because I can add vapor production and sweet VG flavoring to a PG juice and cut the nic levels.
