Am I Allergic to VG or PG? Dizziness and Nausea, 0mg Nicotine

Hi, I have been a moderate smoker for the last 9 years and have just switched over to vaping. I love vaping! I've only been vaping for 2 weeks with a 'COOL FIRE MINI' and a 'SLIPSTREAM' tank.

The first e-liquid I had was a tropikana by doozy vape co 3mg.
When I was using this everything was fine (However, I only had this for the first two days). One their website it states that their e-liquids have:
NO Artificial colouring
NO acetoin isopropyl
NO Diacetyl
NO Lipid containing oils.

Then last week I ordered some 3mg 10ml bottles from one pound eliquids. com and started getting nauseous and dizzy after 5 or so puffs.

I thought I was over doing it with the nicotine so now I'm on 0mg nicotine and im still getting these symptoms. My partner and friends have been using the e-liquids from this website for a while and has had no problems. We have even shared bottles so it can't be becuase its a different batch or whatever.

Does anyone know if buying cheap online e-liquids are a bad idea, or if any ingredients in e-liquids can cause allerigic reactions?
Is dizziness and nausea a common problem for someone vaping 0mg nicotine e-liquid?
Are any of the ingredients above harmful?
Anyone else experience this?

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to be fully informed. Was meant to be helping my health by giving up smoking!

If you are talking about the £1 e-liquid brand, UK, then their liquids are fine. Don't fall for the cynical marketing in the UK which likes to pretend juice is £4.99.

It could be a flavoring issue or simply overdoing it. I had issues at 10w and I'm betting you're not vaping at 10w?

Im vaping at 20W with a 0.8ohm coil, possibly over doing it!
Yeah this is why im asking if I might be allergic to something, as I really dont want to be paying £5 a bloody bottle!

Welcome and glad you joined. Quitting nic and smoking at the same time can be rough on the body. Give it some time and you are going to start to feel a lot better.

I really don't think you should continue vaping that stuff with the symptoms you are describing.

If you want to narrow down the cause of your issues, you can try vaping pure VG and then try the unflavored liquid which is just VG+PG.

Does this only happen with that one flavored liquid or is it with any liquid you vape? I know if I vape citrus flavors I get headaches and don't feel well but pastries and other fruits are fine but orange, lemon, and lime mess me up

are you sure its 0 nic?... do you have any other symptoms? itchy throat/mouth, swelling of the throat/sinuses?

Hi Guys, thanks for your comments. The article above pretty much described it all perfectly. Must have been just a shock to my body starting out. There are some flavours that still dont agree with me I dont get headaches or dizziness anymore.
