Am I being impatient?

I ordered the $150 510 kit (and extra batt) from Innovapor on Sunday Aug. 2nd. I got an email later that evening saying that my order had been prepared. However, I never got a ship notice (all items showed plenty in stock per their site). Yesterday I emailed them to ask if it had shipped and haven't heard back yet. I'm not suggesting that they scammed me, I just thought it would have shipped by now and I am surprised that they didn't reply yet. Per their site, they send packages out several times a day. Just wondering what you all think. From what I can tell, they are a reputable company. I know he says he'll try to expedite if you are going on vacation and need it quickly. While I am not going on vacation, I will be having a spinal fusion soon and one of the things they recommend is to quit smoking. I'd really like to get this thing before then. The cheapo (quality, but definitely not price) one I started vaping with just isn't cutting it for me.

Innovapor has had some issues lately. They have a forum here on this very site. I'd recommend checking it out for some updates on what's been going on. There are also contacts in there that you could message as another means of trying to get an update if emails are not being answered.

Expect about a ten day delivery time but you will get your order.Ten days seems to be the norm with them.They are a start up company so they were not prepared for the ton of orders they got.

Maybe being a tad impatient. I was moaning all week about how long it was taking, and all said and done it was a week from order to being at my door. The shipping company they use immediately emails you with tracking info the minute you place your order, which makes you think they are just speedy and its already out the door. In reality, the wording from the tracking email is misleading and they havent shipped at all yet, just sent the USPS notice to expect something soon. With all the whining and bashing I did, I could not be happier with my order when it arrived. You may want to give Mark a call and let them know you are about to undergo major surgery and they may just expedite your order, as they elude to in one of their shipping FAQ's. Please dont do what I did and post all kinds of negative crap about Innovapor shipping, when a week total is not bad at all. This interweb thing, along with the recent FDA nonsense is making us all impatient and on edge I think!

Hope you get your order soon, and best wishes on your surgery. My wife had a spinal fusion done to correct major scoliosis, so I know just whats entailed there. You are right though, smoking will increase your heal time significantly, so if you cant vape, get the patch or lozenges or something, or else the time you are in the cast/brace will drag out much longer.

This is a great way to get off the analogs before surgery, although listen to the hospital when they tell you nothing to eat or drink or vape after a certain time, I know it will be hard, I have been there myself, but trust me from being a surgical tech for 2 years, it is a safety precaution that must be taken

Just a little FYI... I have had many patients not listen to that and then surgery could be delayed.

It seems you are lucky. I placed an order on 7/16 and I still have nothing to show for it. I finally received a tracking number on 8/5 but it says that it was "Electronic Shipping Info Received" on 7/21. There doesn't seem to be any evidence that it has shipped yet.

I hope it's on its way.
