so my kgo kit finally came in
i pull the drip tip off the atomizer install a pre-filled cart press the button and try to start vaping
i hear the crackling of the atomizer take a pull and there doesnt seem to be any air flowing through
so i pull off the cone and unscrew the atomizer and the cartridge.
i then try to blow through the cart and atty and no air flow.
pull the cart off try to blow through that, and the air flows easily
try to blow through the atty, no air flow

am i supposed to remove a seal or something from the atty? or is this just a defective atty?

Some have a plastic thing for shipping on the threads. But you wouldn't get sizzle then. So I'd say defective. Anyway, the easy way to tell is to try another one... also look for plastic on the end. Should have metal threads, and a metal center post separated by a very thing, slightly recessed insulator "doughnut".

What model and what atomizer? Is that a 510 Kgo or the Kanger KR808D-1 one?

If you are trying to use a cart on a tank atomizer or a de-wicked atomizer, that is a no-go for carts

If you are using a normal atomizer and the stuffing is not wet enough or no contacting the atty bridge and wick well, than it won't work. If you put super-thick juice in the cart, that might not work.

BTW for 510 carts I recommend the precut blue foam stuffing for 510 from strictlyejuice.com

If you are using a 901 atomizer on a KR808D-1 Kgo, the barrel of those can get twisted causing some stupid plastic armature inside the coil compartment to block the air intake on the side of the atty. But that would have affected your dripping too. I also had trouble with those whistle tip carts - juice getting in the air channel.

IMO use cartomizers
