Am I look as a monster or alien vaping over here???

I vaping in public coffee in last few days ago, Suddenly a couple of old citizens drop by from walking, and pensive looking at me in few second..
In my mind thinking “Am I look as a monster or alien vaping over here?” i don’t border and keep continue enjoy my vaping..

May be i living in small town, and a lot of resident over here may lack of info and explore to e-cig...

A smile and nod usually works for me. Once you show them that you're not trying to hide it, it gives the impression that it's "ok" because you don't look concerned that someone noticed. It's amazing what you can do in public as long as you look like you're supposed to be doing it

And yeah, to someone that only sees cigarettes and drugs, an electronic cigarette is a very strange sight. People see my stainless steel set-up with the chrome drip-tip and probably think I got lost in Oakland while like, inocculating wild animals against rabies or something.

lol, I've experienced that numerous times especially in this area since well....I haven't seen many people outside of those I've helped vaping. Was down at Emerald Pointe vaping outside and had security watching me but like Van I just smiled, waved, and carried on without worry and no issues.

May be i suggest to download some short movie to explain the benefit for this e-cig, then play the movie to show them..hahaaa

My boss was visiting from Texas last week and we had gone out to lunch. When we got to the table I pulled out my eVic with a ProTank attached. Now I had told him in one of our weekly 1 on 1 meetings that I had quit smoking and was using electronic cigarettes to do it. Anyway I set the eVic on the table so I wouldn't get it in a bind in my pocket. I hadn't planned to vape in the restaurant. Nobody said anything.

After lunch, after I had put the eVic back in my pocket after we got up from the table, I pull it back out after we were outside intending to take a vape, he sees it and says that I made it through lunch without needing it and that was great! Then he makes a stabbing injection motion into his leg... He thought it was an insulin pen. (I'm a diabetic)

I laughed and said no it is an electronic cigarette, and take a quick vape to demonstrate. Everyone turns at me and points at the twist on my lanyard around my neck. "I thought that was your electronic cigarette?" (Almost at the same time)

"That is too!" And take a quick vape off of it as we'll.

Then the questions started. So much education from that parking lot that day.

hahaha thats great. sounds like me. i was at a concert last week and someone came up to me asking me what my vamo with a tank on it was. i showed him, then i proceded to pull out an ego w/ T3. then i took out my vmod, followed by the provari adn a few tanks. i set them all on the table in front of me and his eyes bugged out of his head. LOL
i can only imagine what would happen if he saw the end table next to my couch

Hahaaaa.. it's similar as me on this morning on the way to work...
I am vaping while i walking in to my company, I meet my boss at the gate before enter the company permit, my boss get shock and surprise why the 'smock' is coming out while i vape to a 'laser pointer'? hahaaaa.. i am just smile and explain to him this is e-cig...then showing him some of my Lavatube and e-juice in my bag..

then my boss said ' you don't mind to let me try a vape with ur e-cig? i quickly take out the new cartomizer and let my boss try.. why i doing this?
