Am I odd for being this excited?

I just purchased my first PV, (went with the Ego from Liberty Flights) and am now searching for samples of juice.

I haven't been this excited since...hmm...since I got first row tickets to Def Leppard when I was 12. (Don't laugh, they were awesome in their day! )

This humble noob would like to thank everyone here for making this so much fun. Everyone has been SO welcoming and informative. The amount of information is a little daunting at first, but with such nice people willing to help, this place made it so much easier.

So, time to find that holy grail of juices. I'm off like a prom dress!

Welcome, Nyte. No, you're not odd in the least. I started vaping February 1st of this year and I quit smoking February 1st of this year, and haven't had a cigarette since.

If you'd like a juice recommendation, I would suggest you visit Alien Visions E-Juice. Their juices and service are exceptional.

I too got my first PV from Liberty Flights and it too was an eGo (steel)! You will not be disappointed! Liberty Flights is a great company with awesome customer service. You have every right to be excited, I was the same way haha! I just ordered for the first time ever an 18ml bottle of Boba's Bounty ejuice from avejuice.com and I can't wait to try this stuff out! From all the reviews and hype here on this forum, this stuff sounds like the 'Holy Grail' of juices - like God himself mixed it with his own hands and sent it down to earth upon the backs of angels, LOL! I should have it Saturday so we shall see if I end up joining the ranks of the insanely addicted!

Btw, Def Leppard WAS the bomb back in the day!

Welcome to ECF and no you're not odd. Like SuZamme said you will soon be part of the postal stalking group. I'm still in search of the perfect juices and am currently looking for 3 to be my regulars. I may have found one or two just recently when I got me order from gourmet vapor. I got some sample 5ml bottles from them when they had their 50% off sale. I'm really liking the blueberry muffin, the juice smells and vapes just like a blueberry muffin. It's a great vape in the morning. I also like their cinibun. My co-worker tried it and that is the one for her. It had to grow on me but I like it now too.

My suggestion is stick with the 3-5ml bottle till you find the one(s), then wait for the sale to really stock up on it.

If you're odd then I am too. Being a technical kind of guy I very much enjoy the arrival of new gadgets and my e-cig stuff is no exception. I reckon it might turn out to be addictive, not for the nicotine but the hobby that vaping appears to often become.

ha! You aren't alone. My husband has joined the "waiting for the postman" group, and has graduated to the "knows the postman by name" group.

My wife and her best friend started vaping about the same time a little over 2 months ago. The both call each other and arrange to meet every time one or the other gets vape mail with new juices. The huddle around the pile of new bottles sampling them all together giggling like children.
