am I thinking about this right?

Ok, I mixed up some juice in a 120ml bottle. I mixed it so that once I add 15% flavor the end juice with be 60/40 6mg at 15% flavor.
Basically 102 ml of juice that needs 18ml of flavor to make complete.

If I break it down into 50ml batches at 15% I would just fill my 50ml bottles to 42.5ml and add 7.5ml of flavor. I think this is right but for some reason my brain is having issues with it.

Yes, talking break it down before flavors.
so, the 102ml of straight base = 2 50ml (42.5ml base) and 2 10ml bottles (8.5ml base) then add flavor. Talking it out has helped, im not good with numbers sometimes ha

Lol no worries, i am not good at numbers either but I used my e juice calculator. Good luck!
