I bought a mod 2 days ago with a 5.5ml tank. I filled my tank (almost completely full) yesterday afternoon around 12 and vaped the entire tank by 10 at night. Am I vapeing it to often? Can this result in me ruining the device? Idk just felt like I vaped way to much off of it in one day how much ml of juice do you guys go through a day? Please leave some replys, thanks!

The higher the wattage you vape at the higher the juice consumption.

at 5 watts, 5ml a day would not be surprising; half that would probably be more common.
10 watts, 10ml
20 watts, 20ml

ultimately though, all that stuff passing through the lungs day after day, week after week, month after month, is going to have some kind of effect, so it's worthwhile to keep it under control imo.

Been vaping 3 and a half years. Was a 2 pack a day smoker before then. Haven't had a real cigarette since. Have bounced between 0mg and 11mg juice, menthol being my maim choice. I vape around 2 to 3 ml a day and have had zero issues in terms of health since I switched to vaping. When I smoked I used to get bronchitis, strep, and colds constantly, and had coughing and breathing issues. Since switching to vaping these health issues have been fully eliminated. Not claiming here that vaping has no health risk but I would say used in moderation should be fine.

How much eliquid you use is dependent on several factors. What size coil used, the type of tanks/mod used, and how often you vape. I am a chain vaper, so I use anywhere from 20 to 30ml of juice a day. But, I lowered my nicotine to 3mg a couple of years ago. I lowered my nicotine so I could vape all I wanted.

You'll get a variety of answers to this question. Some people vape only a couple of ml a day, while others vape as much if not more than me. Whatever satisfies the individual is what matters.

Problem is, the ijust2 you cannot cobttoll voltage or watts or anything. Not even air flow. Its a very basic mod.

This isn't really true. One person may take a vape a few times an hour, while another vapes way more often. Both could use the same wattage and both be worlds apart in ejuice amounts used per day. Also, coil size impacts usage as well. There's many factors besides wattage. If someone uses lower ohm coils they will burn through more juice, but they could vape less often and still use the same amount of a higher ohm vaper who vapes more often.

A good thing to think about is nicotine. If you are using higher nicotine you probably will vape less often. The lower nicotine the more often you will need to vape.

With the ijust2 look at the numbers printed on the replacement coil head; it should tell you the wattage that the coil operates at.

for example this coil operates at 30 to 80 watts

Good for you. Kick that smoking habit in the .... while you are still young. I wish I had E-cigs when I was 18. Would have saved me a ton of money and trips to the doctors.

Would you say the same about alcohol? Sugar? Salt? Too much is too much. You are adult, you are free to vape all you want, but I would not encourage other people to put 30 ml of foreign substance in their lungs daily.

I tootle-puff through 10 -15 ml in a Kayfun tank every day and I keep a couple of RDA's on mech mods handy to puff on a couple of times an hour. I blow through 20 -25 ml a day, and even 30 ml isn't uncommon for me. It just depends on how heavily I use the RDA's. What you are using is a sub-ohm tank on what is basically a mech mod with a kick. I'm surprised you aren't going through more juice than you are. No one knows the long term effects of vaping, so no one can really say what is too much. As long as you are happy and it's keeping you off the cancer sticks, I say vape on. :thumb:

Sorry that I cannot help you on this as I have only been vaping since Sept 7th, 2015, and I just VAPE IT! I'm not going back to cigarettes in any way. Down to abt one analog every other day.

I'm keeping track of everything I buy, and I've probably spent quite a bit. Once you dive in, you will love it!

While I will agree that higher wattages will vaporize juice faster, this chart or whatever you want to call it is wrong.

Like others have said, too many factors go into how much juice someone goes through. Including what they use.

For example: When I drip on a 306/901/510 I go through about 3-4 mls a day at 12 watts
In a genny I go through about 6-10 mls a day at 12 watts
in a tank I do around 10 mls at 12 watts

I chain vape on any of those set ups.

I chain vape as well - switching between 1,5 ohm at 10,5 watts, 0,5 ohm at 32,5 and 0,3 at 55. An average daily consumption - when home all day and chainvaping is:
2x2,5 ml on 10,5 watts
1x4,5 ml on 32,5
and about 1-2 ml on 55.
Different nic concentrations on the 3 tanks, but ye, a total of about 10-12ml - I'd guess about 7-8 ml on workdays.

The OP is wondering if he is vaping too many millilitres a day.
That chart or whatever you want to call it, is to represent what might be too many.

30 ml can sound like a lot, but if you are vaping at 30 watts, it's not so much.
But if you vape 30 ml at 5 watts, then that sounds like somethings out of whack.

The OP vaped about 5ml in a day.
That's not much nowadays with so many high powered mods.
But the OP did not say what power.

So one simple guideline to see if you are overdoing it is to just compare watts to millilitres.
