Amazing customer service

I just got my Memorial day order and found that I was missing my apple/cin/cran juice and ended up with an extra English Toffee. I called up V4L and was answered on like the 2nd ring. I told her what the problem was and she fixed it on the spot! On top of that I don't even have to send back the extra english toffee (my fave). Now thats CS!!!

Oh, Steve thanks for all cards I will give them out every chance I get (need a PR/Sales rep for NM? lol). I love all the goodies too, they're probably my favorite part of getting my orders.

I'm now 39 days smoke free probably $1,000 in the hole and its all your fault V4L heheh It might help if I stoped buying kits for everyone.

I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago, (it was my first order) I fgot to keep the mistake juice, plus they sent me out my replacement right away. V4L Rocks!

Heh yeah, I may be healthier, but because I smoked roll ups and not proper cigs, I think I am spending a LOT more than when I was smoking, ah well lol

Lol Ryan, I remember when I first came here, you told me the same thing. Thank god mine wasn't hard for me. I wouldn't be here still. I'd be so in debt it wouldn't be funny. Some of us are just so hell-bent on quitting, that we forget to realize we've been smoking for YEARS. We have to introduce this to our bodies, and let nature take its course. It's a pretty awesome ride once it happens.
