I had ordered two 5 packs of the boge f16 cartos to use in my Smoktech dct tank. I received my package today and was so excited to be trying them because I have heard so many good things about boges and really haven't tried them. Well i opened the package up and low and behold there were two complete boge f16 tank setups and one extra carto. I was pretty bummed because i go through cartos pretty quickly at times and only had one left. I was thinking oh crap, now i have to return these and wait again for my cartos.
I emailed the company and heard back very quickly. They had apologized and told me to keep the tanks they sent me. They had admitted they made an error and just wanted to make the whole process as easy for me as they could. WOW! They let me keep the new tanks and sent out the cartos today! Now that is service! I will deffinetly be using them in the future, not because they gave me two free tank setups, but because they cared enough to make it right and not have me waiting without something to get me through in the meantime.
It's companies like these that deserve our business. You all are awesome! And by the way the tank works great, the f16 carto is amazing, so much more flavor! And even with double holes i had no flooding issues like i did with the double punched smoktech cartos.
