I just picked up a Vamo from exhalevapors for $38.45 after shipping by stacking 2 promo codes that end tonight, 30% off and $5 off. I don't know much about the eGo VV Variable Voltage/Watt V2 other than it's AKA the Vamo, has VW, and is generally well reviewed. Time to research. I never buy hardware without thorough research but I just couldn't pass up this deal. I'm hoping V2 is the latest version and that the website is a reputable one. I saw the special in ecf seasonal section, so I'm assuming they are. They must be fairly new, since my order # was a double digit.

This will be my first APV, right now using Twists, so getting excited!

Yeah. I had to learn about chargers and batteries to. I know for regulated mods like Vamo you need the IMR types. Like I bought AW IMR to feel confident. They fit well. The battery life was surprisingly short. I was told that it might be due to new batteries. I think it's due to using 9 watt setting

Yeah, making sure I get the safest products and using them safely is #1 importent to me. That's too bad about the life, I was hoping a 2200mah batt would last twice as long on a charge as a Twist. I usually like around the 8-9 watt range, sometimes less. Having a higher amp limit I'm pretty stoked about. Plus, get to see for myself if it vapes better at the same power level like I've heard.

Heres a trusted battery vendor. http://www.rtdvapor.com/main.sc They have good chargers also Id sudjest using a single 18650 or 18500. The manufacturer says it can use 2 18350s but so doesn't the Zmax but then the switch burns out better to play it safe. The Vamo is priced right great find on the deal!

new batteries take a few cycles to fully break in. that might be it.

Aww dang. I only saw the 30% off code, so my total was like $47 shipped.

Still a really good deal price for a Vamo.

Won't ship until Jan 8 according to the vendor, though. Doesn't really bother me that much, it'll give me time to track down some 18350s.

RTD vapor is a good source.

I wonder why yours cost more even not counting the extra $5 off. Before discounts it was $52.80 even tho list price says $59.99. I just checked and it shows that for both colors. They must have lowered the price, when did you order yours?
