Ameravape Manhattan

I'm currently using a Ameravape Manhattan copper clone with a Plume Vale clone and using a 18650 3.7v 2500mah battery. I have two of those batteries that I rotate regularly. Problem is one of them started to hit really weak. No throat hit, flavor, or good vapor production. So I tweaked with my mod mad sure pins where tight and everything is good and the other battery works fine. So I went to my local cape shop and they told me the battery must have gone bad. So I bought a new one. Problem now is the one that was working fine is now firing weak and the new one works fine. I don't understand what's wrong???? I'm running a .2 ohm cool if that helps. Any advice would be very helpful and much appreciated! Thanks in advance

You didn't say what batteries you're using (brand name & CDR).
First be sure you're not over discharging the batteries and that your charger is fully charging them to 4.1v - 4.2v.

Most if not all 2500mah batteries used for vaping have a 20 amp Continious Discharge Rate.
Using the fully charged voltage of 4.2 with a .2 ohm coil results in an amp draw from the battery of 21 amps.

Drawing amps above the battery's CDR can result in several bad things happening ranging from diminished battery life to a battery venting.
Safe / smart sub ohm vapers leave x/% of amps below the batteries CDR as headroom / saftey cushion.

Without knowing the exact name brand, identifying letters/numbers and CDR of your batteries it is hard to be 100% positive. It is very possible and I'd bet you're over stressing / pushing your batteries beyond their capabilities and seeing one of the side effects.
